Small parking lot and dirty sheet
We booked 2 queen bed. One of the sheets has several dirty spots. We called the front desk at night and he said he has no extra sheet. Half of the parking lot is too small. Three lots can only park two cars actually. We have spent 10 minutes to squeezed into the last lot that has only one car in the side. I will never come back.

Good valve based on quality of room amenities
Based on the different HIE's that I've stayed at, this hotel based on amenities, being remodeled, etc rates very high among this past stays. Location for entertainment and fine food is not closed,,but if you have a car it's no issues. The hotel is also one of the few that offer an extensive shuttle service, which had I been aware of, I would not have rented a car.

If you have business around Lobe Field or the Market Center this is excellent location. If I were to rate this HIE to the others that I've stayed at, I would rate it in the top 5%.

Short Business Trip
Just thee for one night, but everything was great. Staff was friendly and room was very nice (upgraded) and clean. Will definitely book next time I'm in Dallas!

Bad experance
When i ckd in they said i canclled my room, when we finally got that worked out ,i left for a while came back my key did not work went down to the desk to ask why , was told they showed me checked out .Was not good at all !!!

Exactly what I needed & was looking for!
Great place to stay! Great Price! My room was Very Clean & comfortable! Requested Non-Smoking room & was very happy! Some hotels offer non-smoking rooms but have experienced aweful lingering smell of stale smoke. This room smelled only of Clean Fresh Air! Amazed of how quiet it was giving close location to Downtown Dallas! Staff was very professional, polite & hospitable.

NOT SO HAPPY TRAVELER
Dont Stay Here unless you want to be treated badly
We recently stayed one night at this hotel while we waited to pick up family for Christmas. We checked into the hotel and never were warned or advised about anything. We woke up the next morning to find the catalytic converter cut off of the truck ($8500.00 worth of damage). When we went in to call the police we were told that it happens alot! I would not have parked there if i had known that! Then we found out that the cameras do not record and the night guy saw and heard NOTHING! the police did a report but said there was nothing further they could do. We called the hotel guest relations and were advised that they would resolve the issue. Their resolution was a rude General Manager and a "we arent paying for anything because you parked your truck there". Very rude !!! Not very happy about this and will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn affiliated hotel again!
