that's enough for me
hair (pubic? hopefully not)in the towels. that's kind of enough for me. never again. also room very noisy (ac engine just outside the window) and noisy refrigerator.

Not too happy
Wasn't happy with the hotel or the deal I got through[...]. My friend stayed 2 miles down the road for $52 a night and had a much nicer room in a much nicer hotel. He even had 2 TVs. My room was $98 a night and wasn't worth $25. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

nothing like the pictures
The hotel is an old building, there was some upgrades, but still needs more work to make it a nice hotel to stay at. The sofa in the room was just so duty, I wasn't comfortable to sit on it. The kitchen was fine, we actually cooked a dinner there, but there was no dinner table to eat dinner. we used the coffee table which was not comfortable at all. The cleaning staff were very nice and attentive, but it's too hard to clean the old stuff. In the restroom there wasn't enough room for towels, they were piled up on top of the toilet; they could just add a shelf on the wall to make more room. The breakfast was ok, but it could be much better. It was interesting that the breakfast buffet was cleaned at 9:30 am sharp, even if there still was some food left!

THERE IS NOTHING CLOSE TO THIS HOTEL. PLAN ON TAXIS BECAUSE THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE STINKS. BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF. MANAGER DOESN'T RETURN COMPLAINT CALLS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

IT WAS O.K
Room was small.We had 3 adult men staying in a room with one bed. Not what we were led to believe. Tried to get another room but couldn't. The hotel is not as close to down town as you are led to believe. A good walk to all the resturants and sports bars.

Stayed for one night during the weekend. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. The charged $12 a night for parking. Would have been helpful if it was included in the room stay.

Walking distance to American airlines center
It would had been perfect but because our AC wasn't working and having to pack everything again and move to another room really made it a so not perfect experience. Other than that it was good.

I was there for the Guitar Show and we were very close to the Dallas Market Hall. The Breakfast was great! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. What was missing is the free parking that is stated on the features, this is not true we were charged $6.00 a day to park and you have no other choice but to pay. The garage was secure and made for easy access to your room. But the free parking needs to be removed off of features and make it known that you will be charged for parking, just not a nice surprise when you have no other options.

We went down Stemmons FWY to the Speed Zone, which is an arcade and go kart racing place and it was fun and not too far to travel to.
