Extremely Clean Hotel
The hotel is old but, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed. The furniture was worn but, still very nice place to stay.

THERE IS NOTHING CLOSE TO THIS HOTEL. PLAN ON TAXIS BECAUSE THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE STINKS. BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF. MANAGER DOESN'T RETURN COMPLAINT CALLS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Hyatt House Has Great Staff
Hotel is poorly laid out and you will pay $10.00 per day to park. The floors are not sound proofed so it sometimes gets noisy depending on who is above you. Conversely the rooms are very nice, great value and the STAFF are wonderful. This is what takes this from a weak 3 to a strong four stars

Walking distance to American airlines center
It would had been perfect but because our AC wasn't working and having to pack everything again and move to another room really made it a so not perfect experience. Other than that it was good.

Hyatt Dalls Uptown
Hotel staff were helpful and cheerful; looking for ways to asssit. The evening social allowed us to have dinner without the hazzle of driving in heavy traffic.

nothing like the pictures
The hotel is an old building, there was some upgrades, but still needs more work to make it a nice hotel to stay at. The sofa in the room was just so duty, I wasn't comfortable to sit on it. The kitchen was fine, we actually cooked a dinner there, but there was no dinner table to eat dinner. we used the coffee table which was not comfortable at all. The cleaning staff were very nice and attentive, but it's too hard to clean the old stuff. In the restroom there wasn't enough room for towels, they were piled up on top of the toilet; they could just add a shelf on the wall to make more room. The breakfast was ok, but it could be much better. It was interesting that the breakfast buffet was cleaned at 9:30 am sharp, even if there still was some food left!

Nice...
We stayed here for a Dallas Stars game. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn't walk to the AA Center. We liked the parking garage, especially since it rained the whole time we were there. Overall, a nice hotel.

Awesome location for the Mavs game
My friends and I are just in Dallas for the Mavericks game and this hotel has the perfect location. Only 5 mins walk to the AA center and the price is fair. A regular King-sized suite is good for 3 person but the bathroom is a little bit small. Oh and the hotel offers free shuttle to drive you to the nearby attractions. But they do charge $12 per day for parking. Overall, it's clean and neat; the staff is very friendly. For this price, I cannot ask for more!!
