TX Transplant
If your going to be at the hotel a lot, go somewhere else
I usually stay at the Homestead in Richardson, which is perfect for my short visits to Dallas, but I opted to try this location for my latest visit due to special plans. The staff was very very friendly. However, when I got to the room, the place was very dirty. There was eyeshadow or blush make-up on the dining area table with coffee cup rings, the bathroom was obviously not cleaned. Its like they only made the bed, provided towels and soap, and called it good. I would have canceled my reservation and gone somewhere else if it wasn't already paid for and only for 1 night. I was on an extremely tight schedule and did not have the time to address it or change my plans. I will simply never stay there again. Thank goodness it was only one night.

Reserved Non Smoking Room but didn't get
Place was fully booked so they said they could not change. Reserved a non smoking room but was was given a smoking room, clothes reeked of smoke when I unpacked. Good location, quiet

Decent for the price
The hotel is hard to find, so be sure to Google the location prior to checking in. There are no elevators, so beware if you need a first floor room. Call ahead to check availability. The room is small, kind of cramped, but the AC, TV, bathrooms work well. The bed is not comfy. The hotel is close to resturants, a Walmart, a post office, and Central Expressway or 75, beware of the traffic. Overall, the hotel was decent for the price paid.

Rooms Need Updating
The room was clean but bathroom hole in door had been patched, cracked tile in shower, and door to closet had been removed. Room is in need of updates.

Get what you pay for
The low cost was well worth it if you intend to not sleep comfortably at all. We actually booked a non-smoking room and got the room that had the heaviest smokers in it before us and had the used ash tray still on the counter of the small kitchenette. The walls are so thin the people next door to us were only having a normal conversation and we heard almost every word of it. DO NOT do a late check in. It took 40 minutes for the "call line" to get ahold of the night teller to let us in to check in. Overall even for a place I intended to only get a quick stop and 4-5 hours of rest and morning shower it was one of my worst stays. Definitely not a good example for Extended Stay Hotels.

Surprised by the need to take out my own trash to the trashroom and carry towels to the front desk for exchange. The weekend guests were less than desirable. Desk and maid staff were pleasant and helpful.

super bowl stay
it was ok
I was here for the super bowl and It was ok. The room was kind of small but it was not so bad. It was clean The price was right. I would stay there again.
