HOT NIGHT!!! ... NOT GOOD!

AC was not cooling so we moved to another room but it wasn't cool either! Plus we heard the cars from the freeway all night and we stuffed the hole in the balcony door with tissue. May be nice after remodeling but not right now! ... ;(

nightmare

no hot water, pool area cold, hot tub broken, everything outdated! workers felt sorry for guests and could do nothing. Embassy should ask to have their trademark removed from this property or revoke franchise ownership!

No hot water

Booked two rooms, one or family of 4, one for family three... Neither room had enough towels, pillows, or blankets...however housekeeping responded quickly. No hot water was available one evening and no alternative offered by front desk. Pullout sleeper uncomfortable even for kids. Great breakfast and afternoon snacks, beautiful hotel, good location. Would probably stay again.

Great meeting place for families

You can't find a better deal for the money. The location is right down the highway from downtown Dallas so it is easy to get anywhere. And where else can you get a made-to-order omelet included in the price of your room as well as evening cocktails? It was great!

Perfect Hotel for Busy Traveler

Hotel stay was enjoyable. The Embassy suites makes life easier for a busy traveler by providing breakfast, cocktail hour and shuttle service to nearby attractions and restaurants. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The suite style rooms helped me feel more of the comforts of home by providing a refrigerator, microwave etc. I would recommend this hotel.

Good - but rooms need updating

Good location, short drive to downtown convention center. Rooms looked run-down and need updating. furniture was very uncomfortable. A/C never really cooled the room down enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nearly Perfect Hotel

Very good location to the Dallas Market Center and all downtown areas. About a 5 minute drive from the hotel to downtown. From the second I walked in to check in, I was very glad I chose this hotel. The breakfast and lounge area is very nice, and it looks very similar to some of the nicer Hiltons I've stayed in before. The quality of the breakfast was surprisingly good, probably the best i've ever had before, and certainly better than the $12 breakfast meals I've had in other hotels. The only gripe I have is the fact that they charge $10 per day for wifi service. Wifi is quickly becoming like water, it's available everywhere. I probably would have gotten it if it was only $2-3 per day, but no way I was going to pay $10 a day when I can just use my wifi radar and go to a hotspot a few feet down the road. That's the only complaint I have. The rooms were big, there were three faucetts in the room, so plenty of places to get ready in the morning, and the beds were comfortable. If you have a convention meeting at the Anatole 1 block away, or you have a market center meeting, I would stay here at Embassy. For the price, you're not really going to miss staying at the Hilton Anatole or the Marriott Suites, both of which I've stayed at before.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

We have stayed at Embassy Suites before and love our experiences there! It has become our favorite place to lay our heads while out of town! Clean, quiet rooms loaded with amenities including a wonderful breakfast buffet with anything and everything you might want. Indoor pools for any season and a wonderful staff. We couldn't have stayed anywhere else and gotten the value for our dollar than at Embassy Suites. Thank you for yet another wonderful experience!
