Great Place!!
We were greeted by the friendliest young lady who was so helpful when we were trying to find places. The rooms were very clean and neat. The halls were quiet and it was a nice surprise to find that we had a small balcony. The hotel is in close proximity to many stores: convenience/gas, atm, Burlington, Ross, Sally's beauty supply, shoes, etc. Best Buy is real close also. Also, there is a movie theater within walking distance. The complimentary coffee is actually good, the thermostat is excellent (on the wall), and the complimentary internet works very well. The gym is great compared to other hotels...the treadmill is professional quality. The maid staff were very accommodating with extra towels, soap, etc. The shower is awesome: very hot water and very clean. Check in/out was a breeze (late check out at 2). You won't be disappointed.

"Very satisfied"
Had a great time during Thanksgiving for the Cowboys game. Great place to stay for the price, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice break from routine.
We just needed a break, so went to Dallas to have some fun and enjoy a nice hotel we had enjoyed before. Other than all the rooms overlooking the courtyard being full this time, it was a nice stay. The bed was fantastically comfortable.

Quiet and Clean
It was a clean, well priced hotel. They charge $8 for a breakfast that is usually free at other hotels. I wish that it was closer to the downtown or other tourist destinations...

Good Experience
Front Staff was excellent, room was very clean, and location was centrally located. I have stayed at many hotels and the experience couldn't have been better.

Family Stay Over
We were visiting family outside Dallas and wanted to stay somewhere not too far from airport. The hotel staff was nice. The bed was VERY comfortable and it was quiet but the neighborhood it was located in was a bit seedy and when we ventured out to find something to eat at night it was scary. I will stay at a Marriott Courtyard again but not at that one. I will be more careful in choosing a location next time.

4th of July getaway
This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we find the location to be perfect. The facility is very clean and the staff are very helpful.

Free Hot Breakfast; a little quirky
Took me about 15 mins to get the wired internet to connect; complimentary shampoo and conditioner were hard to open; coffeemaker had a tray in the coffee package that was required to make the coffee. It was just strange. The coffeemaker looked like there was something missing. I called the front desk and was told the "tray" was in the coffee package; it was, just something I was not expecting. Shower control to switch water between shower head and tub had a sharp edge on it, and it is so close to the flow knob that it hurt my finger as it ran across it. I don't mean to imply this is a bad or undesireable hotel; I just had a series of strange and undesireable things happen that dampened my enthusiasm.
