Request a courtyard room
The room was a bit odd, with a huge tv (a lovely LG model) right against the bed. Tan bare walls seemed like jail or racquetball court. Request the middle courtyard, which is beautiful. If you don't, you will be overlooking a QT parking lot and highway construction. The staff was extremely friendly and anxious to help, and the lobby and pool were wonderful, just don't get a room on the outside. Getting to the hotel is a challenge during construction of the new 635, as the exits have been removed or changed.

Right down the street is a very pleasant El Fenix Mexican restaurant. Prices and food were very good.

Great Service, location is a bit far
The service was awesome and the room was very clean. They were able to accommodate me with a fridge upon request. No complementary breakfast or a la cart items, but you can pay for the buffet. There is a QT market next door.

Breakfast
Hotel was wonderful. A little hidden away from main highways, but still conveniently located. The big issue we had was the breakfast. The front desk attendant made it seem like breakfast was free. When we arrived, it cost $12 a person. It wasn't a problem because the breakfast was excellent, but did catch us off guard.

Perfect overnite stay
This hotel was perfect. We stayed overnight when we came to watch a rangers game. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times. We have decided this is the hotel we will stay at everytime we are in town. Great location close to galleria mall, IMAX theater, and good restaurants in the area.

The staff was outstanding...very helpful and recommended a local cafe that was excellent. The bed pillows and noisy air conditioner were not so excellent. Good lobby area and business office area to use.
