very good value hotel
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great. The amenities are good and thoughtful, appreciate the exercise room and the free internet. Definitely will use this hotel again in the future.

A very pleasant stay

The first night was good very comfortable after a long drive! 2nd night had some ants all over the night stand n they were starting to climb the bed! Asked for a different room gave us one no problem but the ac was broken kept turning off n on didn't cool the room when out and got back kids were asleep so didn't feel like asking for another one to move all our things and the kids! But other than that was ok. staff was very nice.

Best Western LBJ
Everything was good - only complaint was the 24 hr traffic noise outside on the LBJ freeway - not hotel's fault

Good Value
Expected pretty basic place, got what we bargained for and some more. If you just want to get a nice, clean place to sleep, conveniently close by major highways in the Dallas area then this is for you!

Every thing is good except the breakfast buffet. The buffet is same almost every day. I stayed here for a week and I got bored with breakfast buffet. Room is little tight if you have lot of luggage.

Great location and price
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dave! Room was clean, beds were great. Room was a little small but very adequate. Location was great. Would stay again.

bad experience
Hotel said there was no reservation when we arrived there. Spoke to [...]customer service and after over an hour of discussion got two rooms with one King bed. Had requested 2 queen beds as we were 3-4 persons per room. Were promised an upgrade the next day but when we called them in the morning for the upgrade we were told there were no rooms available for the upgrade. Overall a really bad experience. Not sure if the problem was with [...]or the hotel.

Great stay - especially for the price!
Quick trip for a concert - decided on this location simply because of the price and location. Will definitely stay here again! Super clean, quiet, great a/c and the breakfast was awesome...not the typical hard boiled egg and waffle continental bar.
