Cockroach and Bed Bugs
Yes, we found one cockroach and Multiple Bed Bugs. Room smells like smoke even those it's non-smoking. Never go back again.

Sleepy conventioner
OK but inexpensive
An average hotel stay - not bad, not terrific, but hard to beat the price for the location. AC was very noisy but surprisely did not keep me awake. TV channels somewhat limited but I wasn't there long enough to watch much anyway. I would probably stay there again if I just needed a place to sleep in central Austin.

Good Price, but you do get what you paid for.
Hotel was fairly cheap money wise and is literally bout 5-10 minutes from Downtown Austin. Only downside is the Staff, and the Continental Breakfast. Staff were not friendly at times, and the breakfast was laughable.

Nice...
I was visiting my first grandchild, chose this place because it was close to where I wanted to go. Both my husband and I were surprised at how clean & spacious the room was. Staff was friendly, helpful. The price was great. We would go there again!

Horrible stay. Waste of money
Was nasty and run down. In a shady area. The people at the front were rude. Total waste of money and time.

Travelodge Austin 5/27/11
I actually ended up no staying at the Travelodge. The room was distgusting and dirty. The picture on the wall was upside down and the bathroom was horrible. After seeing the room, I made the decision to leave and go somewhere else to stay. Unfortunatley the room for the two nights was nonrefundable so I was forced to just deal with losing money on the room.
