Very clean
This hotel was actually quite nice for a Super 8 in comparison to others except the room had a bit of a musty smell. Only other disappointment was the "hot" breakfast they offer. They were pretty much out of everything. Breakfast is offered from 6-9am and we were in the lobby at 6:45am.

Good Enough
We stayed there twice in the last two weeks and found minor issues both times. The first time, it seemed someone was already in our room and the door was locked - our card key didn't work. When we went back to the front desk, the staff cheerfully gave us a different room and all was well. Second time, we clearly booked the room for two people but only got one bath towel. We made do with what we got and went on our way.

Needs Improvement
The staff was very friendly but this hotel needs some TLC. Even though it is a budget hotel it would be nice if the vending machines would be stocked and working on all floors. The cleaning staff came each day so that is nice. But it didn't help when the carpet was very dirty and turned my feet black if I went barefoot and it had an ordor. I was visiting for ten days and was on a budget so I didn't have an option of moving to a nicer hotel across the freeway. If I did I would have.

Room was ready and clean,checkin was freindly,fast-breakfast was very good amd the price was excellent. Serve us very well. 31/2 miles to our state PUC building-even closer to the UT campus Would recommend to a friend

booking the room
As it seems, will book a "smoking room" online even if the customer has requested non-smoking. It seems that it is the practice in order to add $25. a day to make a change. In the case of my daughter and i, after a day of flights,arriving at the hotel close to midnight, lugged our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs,walked into a room that was non-breathable. had to lug them back down to the car, to the front desk, changed roos and took the suitcases back up to the 3rd floor. when i specifically booked a non-smoking room.the manager,staff at the super 8 were great.r clean.good breakfast.

The staff where freindly and help ful but the room was kinda run down the door you had to slam it to shut it the shower had a hole in the walll and you can hear every one around you and every thing there doing not the best experince .to get out and in was difficult.
