Staybridge Suites AUSTIN NORTHWEST

I loved this hotel. I am on who uses alcohol for the remotes and light switches and toilet handles and door knobs and clean the floors, regardless. We arrived late and I did not have anything to clean with and slept like a baby and totally felt like it was clean. Also the breakfast is to die for! Great selection, the gentleman was. Also there were families there for the Holiday weekend. Even their kids seemed to have been having fun without problems, the few that I spotted.

Big rooms, clean rooms, all the things you would expect from a upscale hotel

We stayed here one night coming back from a trip from South Padre Island to Dallas. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out a little. The only glitch was that I expected that, like other Staybridge Suites we've stayed at, it would have a pull out sofa bed. It did not. We requested a roll-a-way bed and extra blankets and they were brought up right away. It was not quite as comfortable as their regular beds, but it was fine for my 11 year old. The reception had plenty of good, filling food. The wine/beer/soda options were a nice change. Breakfast was very good. My kids loved the waffle maker that made Texas-shaped waffles. I wasn't as impressed with the cheese omelets, but there was plenty of other food to choose from.

The hotels location is by far the best thing about it. It's close to a great mall and decent restaurants. The downside is the actual hotel. The rooms and bed were small but very clean. There is construction going on currently outside the hotel which makes the 6:30 am wake up call of bulldozers moving rocks around your new wake up call and it doesn't stop, not even on the weekends. The pool is extremely small and apparently wasn't open when me and wife were there a few days ago. The breakfast was great and the despite the hotel being not as user friendly as we liked the staff helped us when we needed it. This is a decent hotel if your not gonna be in it alot.

This hotel more than met out expectations, we appreciated the meals provided and used the kitchen amenities as well. The free laundry was great. The best part was the staff. We brought a white noise machine-just in case-and all slept well.

Everything was good - check in, room comfort, staff, meals, location, and value for cost.

We arrived at 4:15pm. The room wasn't ready when check in sign stated 3pm. The front dest representative wasn't very friendly nor helpful. Didn't offer any assistance since we had a baby with us who just vomitted all over the car & on us. [...] As for the place, it was new & nice. The complimentary onsite laundromat was a big plus along with the full breakfast.

Hotel is located in a nice quiet area. Front desk is very helpful. Beds are FANTASTIC ! Full hot breakfast is DELICIOUS ! You can't go wrong with this hotel. We booked our rooms to do the Livestrong cycling & running event in downtown Austin & Dripping Springs.This is the second year in a row that we stay in a Staybridge hotel. (We switched from the Omni) :)

The hotel experience was great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The only things did not like was that I reserved a 2bed 2bath suite, but when I got there they did not have one available. They were friendly, and corrected this by giving us two seperate rooms on the same floor. This worked because I was traveling with all adults. If I had children with me, I would've preferred the 2bedroom suite that I had originally reserved. Again, the staff was very friendly and I would definitely recommend to others.
