The Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark is the ultimate oasis in South Austin's high-tech corridor. Loved our stay
The staff here is uber-friendly! Food was fabulous! We told them we were considering relocating to Austin from CA and they upgraded us to a suite for no charge! We were there 4 nights but were supposed to stay the next three at Sun City to preview properties! Because Sun City is a haul from the airport, we opted to forfeit our last night there and returned to the Omni! We love it! Will definitely stay there again if we make the move!

The food is wonderful! We had room service three nights. $3 charge and 20% gratuity well worth it. The $15 salmon was huge and delicious! Consistently great food, reasonably priced and delivered promptly!

2 Night getaway
The hotel is centrally localed between downtown Austin north on I35 from hotel and shopping at the outlets south on I35. Plenty of things to do in between. Would like to have Queen size beds instead of Full size beds in a Double Room. The staff was very friendly.

Was ok, but expected more from a 4 star hotel.
There was a plumbing problem, that caused the tub and sink to have dirty standing water. And our room wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty glasses and coffee pots were not cleaned. However, the staff was very apologetic.

Great room, good value. the hotel shuttle to the airport does nto start till 7am. very helpful desk ordered the cab.

Close to Airport
Comfortable room, nice workout room and pool. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that there were no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is just ok.

Hopdoddy is a pretty good burger bar. It's a little bit of a wait but the milkshakes are worth it.
