Relaxing getaway
The hotel was very good but not excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived, although we had called ahead to say we would be late due to weather & flight delays, they suggested that they had given our room away?! I had paid ahead for7 non-refundable nights, this did not make me feel good...especially at 4AM. Then they speculated that if someone was not in the room, maybe it was not clean?! None of this was very reassuring. However, it turned out to be available & ready, this was just not the greatest customer service to start out with. They did apologize by giving us a room service breakfast whic was much appreciated. Otherwise, the facilities were more than adequate, the room was clean & spacious but not overly extravagant for the price. The heated pools were great and overall the staff was extremely helpful. We would return again, if the opportunity arises.

Great getaway spot
Lakeway was amazing, in a great and beautiful area. My wife and I went merely as a getaway before our baby is born, and it was perfect. But, I could see it being perfect for any sort of outing, from a guys golf weekend to a girls spa getaway. Great place.

The League, a restaraunt not 2 miles from the resort, was AMAZING. Small place with a great atmosphere and wonderful food. Wife and I had an appetizer, 2 meals and a dessert for less than $50.

Perfect getaway
This was the second time I stayed here and had a fantastic time! The location is pretty remote but there's lots to do nearby. The comforts of our room and tranquility of the lake were exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. I haven't had an opportunity to take advantage of the services the hotel offers because there's so much to do in and around Lakeway. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely visit again.

There's a wonderful Whole Foods market and great shopping at the Hill Country Galleria. I like to have breakfast at the Whole Foods and then go shopping.

Nice Ammenties, Great Location, Needs Better Service
Wife and I needed a getaway after Christmas. It was great because I think there were only about 50 other people there in the entire hotel for the 3 days we were there. We were fairly disappointed with room service, given the fact that the hotel was virtually empty and the price for what you got. We ordered from the pre-selected menu items (eggs, toast, sausage, orange joice) and they brought it all...without silverware! And we asked for a 9:30 delivery. Didn't seem like they were that busy to have forgotten something as essential as...silverware! And when the server returned with silveware, she stood there and waited for another tip! Really??? You forgot something basic and essential the first time, I want my original tip back! We did get great service poolside/ hot tub-side from the on premis bar. Great staff there.

Wedding at Dripping Springs, Texas Family reunion
Very Good experience with staff. Polite and helpful. I did think our room was a little odd. It was HUGH. Laying in bed, the T.V. was way across the room. It appeared as if something else should have been in the room. The bathroom was nice. My complaint would be that the lights were very dim for Senior citizens.

Nice Getaway!
The rooms were nice, the view was great, and the pool was outstanding! The pool area is worth the price of admission.
