Weekend Getaway
For an older motel the room was very clean the staff friendly and the breakfast amenities very nice For the price it was well worth it Did not have any problems with any rowdy and loud behaviour Overall - a quiet and pleasant stay One last comment- the pool area is really nice!

thanks for letting our dog come!
always a decent stay at la quinta and for a reasonable price. we come back over and over because its one of few hotels that dont charge a giant fee for our dog.

weekend w the dog
la quinta is one of few hotels that doesnt mind if we bring our 90lb pit mix, so really cant complain, we were comfortable here and the location was really just a 10 minute drive from lots of stuff.

Wanting a weekend away
Ok, if you just need a room
The staff are great! They were very friendly and courteous. The room? Water stains on the ceiling with "popcorn" coming off; socks were stained black on bottom from the carpet that looked clean, but apparently very dirty; hole in bathroom door like someone kicked it; security lock coming off; a lot of highway traffic noise and noise from trucks unloading stock at I-Hop next door.

Way over priced! Terrible value.
I could have sworn this was advertised as more that a 2 star hotel. I personally couldn't rate it at even 1 1/2. Nasty area, shares a parking lot with iHop so parking is bad too. The double beds are small and they don't offer extra roll away beds. Shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced because there wasn't much pressure or spray. The rooms could stand to be cleaned a little better too. I was afraid to walk around with my socks off. The Wifi they so proudly advertise was basically non-existent and I wasn't the only guest that had trouble. Actually paid more on travel website than it cost to book directly with the hotel. Either way it costs too much for this dumpy La Quinta (all la quinta). The only good thing was the staff was nice. Do yourself a favor and spend en extra $20 and get a nice Hotel instead of this dumpy Motel.

Easy access
not pretty surroundings but room clean, check in staff friendly, breakfast and Internet free and value for area best I found. Access was better than expected with I-35 between hotel and my meeting location at Omni.

It is located near 290. Basic room...clean but kind of old...pets are allowed so we stayed there but there are better ones!
