    Nice Location and good breakfast

Nice location that is near 6th street in Austin. It's about 5 minutes away but far enough from the crowd on the weekends. Staff was great and called me to let me know when the room would be ready. Also provided an additional breakfast voucher when a guest stopped by in the morning.

    Fun weekend getaway

We arrived to a welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect and right off 6th St. The pool is VERY small but we would definitely stay there again!

Great for spot for the price

This is a great hotel located perfectly between the highway and 6th street. You can walk everywhere so you don't have to mess with cabs. Not very close to The Capital, but that not an issue for me. Beware, there is a $25 valet fee to park at the hotel (per night)but you can always try your luck on the street. Staff is very nice and hotel room are very clean. Very good deal.

    Hmmm

We arrived at what we thought was a 4 star hotel. the clerk who greeted us had no clue about cost of features. Got to the room, and it was clean, but not 4 star quality. It was more of 2 1/2 star. We were very disappointed.

    Great Location, minor comfort issues

Overall this hotel is a great value for it's location and general amenities. It is a part of the Hilton chain and has a complimentary business center, gym, pool w/ hottub and also a lounge where you can rest before you depart for the airport. Downtown and 6th street are just a stones throw away and it's not in the middle of all the chaos so you can get a good nights sleep. We encountered some issues with the HVAC system that caused some members of our party to have respiratory issues (Cold/cough) but this might be an isolated case and the hotel management should be able to fix. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.
