No Complaints Here...
I usually stay at this hotel 3-6 times out of the year. Always a great experience, friendly staff, clean rooms and I always enjoy the complimentary breakfast. It was a little more expensive than usual since it was SXSW weekend, but that is to be expected. Great price and perfect location. Easy access to Mopac, 183 and The Domain.

Great Hotel for Location and Value
I had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, remembered me from a previous hotel stay and even the type of work that I was completing during my stay. The staff should be commended for great customer service. The hotel is in a great location, convienient to major freeway, adjacent mall and restaurants. The hotel room contained all of the basic necessities with a comfortable bed and free wifi. The full breakfast was great with a large spacious area to dine. I appreciated the clean and orderly appearance of the lobby area. This hotel receives a great recommendation from me as a satisfied customer.

Great hotel, bad location
The hotel and it's staff are excellent. They even serve scrambled eggs and sausage at breakfast. HOWEVER, the facility is located directly next to a busy Union Pacific railroad track and I counted four separate trains plus a few during the night on the Friday I stayed there. Ask for a room on the highway side of the facility and not on the railroad track side. Otherwise, the place is really nice and clean, and a very good value.

Good location, decent price.
The hotel room itself was clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The real kicker with this place is the location. It's only about 15 minutes from downtown and made our trip to 6th street really easy. The staff was anti-climatic but in a less-than-exhausted location what can you expect? It was nice and quiet with a nice pool and hot tub in the back.

6th street is only about 15 minutes away from this hotel. For the price and the room, this wasn't a bad deal.

very limited space & poor layout
The description & pictures of this hotel are misleading. The rooms are actually quite small. When the sofa bed is pulled out, you almost cannot pass from the main bedroom "area" past the sofa bed to get to the bathroom. And to pull out the sofa bed, you have to lift & move a heavy table. The only place then to put that table (if you want to access the bathroom) is in front of the door! So your exit would be blocked in the event of a fire or other emergency. I can't believe this hotel passed fire or safety inspections! And there really is no significant separation between the main bedroom "area" & the sofa bed area. You can see directly from one into the other, affording no real privacy to either room. The closet is also extremely small & 1/2 of this very small closet isn't even accessible even when the door (which made a horrendous screeching sound when opened or closed) is fully open. In addition, the pool is VERY small & is placed such that the hotel blocks the sun. You exit to the pool through the eating area but the room keys don't allow you to re-enter through that same door...so you have to go all the way around the hotel to get back in! The breakfasts are quite good with many options & the kitchen & cleaning staff are very helpful & nice. But because of the many other problems, we would definitely not return here.

Awesome hotel for the price.
The hotel was very nice overall. It wasn't located to far from my destinations during my stay and the continental breakfast was great.

Nice Hotel
The hotel was good as far as cleanliness goes and the room but the short fall in the suites was that the living room was so small and cramped and the kitchenette was non-existant (very compact) we spent New Years Eve out because we had no room to have guests visit our suite and even had other couples book the same hotel on the same floor so we could go between rooms but chose to go out to a club to get more socializing space. The room would be okay for the normal stay with just 2 people.
