Extended Stay Deluxe Austin - North Central

Several problems: 1. Room keys had to be programmed THREE times during our stay. The last time, the desk clerk said, "oh these are the kind that never work." Thanks. 2. Only one place setting of dishes in the room. So much for extended stay. 3. No linens or pillows for pull out sofa bed. 4. No trashcan in the room. 5. The desk clerk had to be called on a cell phone number to get assistance at 11:30 p.m. 6. The shower curtain rod was barely holding up, and the curtain would not cover the whole shower, getting water everywhere. 7. One TV remote did not work, and the other remote would change the channels on the other TV when trying to use it on the second one. A total hassle. 8. The bed was a concrete slab, terribly hard. 9. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. I will never stay at this place again. 10. No continental breakfast. They have the dining area and counters, but no food.

I was told there would be breakfast and all they had was coffee, muffins, and baggels. Cheap! I wasted time waiting for nothing!

The staff was very helpful. I think they could use more staff in the front lobby. Cannot beat the affordable rate in a central location. If you are a picky detail oriented person probably not for u. It was clean, convenient, and easy access to HwY.

Overall, this hotel was ok. The elevator closest to the front desk acted like it wasn't going to open the first time we used it and didn't work at all later after returning that night. While walking in the hallways, we very loudly heard people running through the halls on the floor above us. When we got in to our room, we immediately noticed the bathroom sink area smelled very much like urine. The whole suite only had one trash can. The tv in the living area didn't work and the tv in the bedroom didn't have a remote. There were ants crawling on the night stand when we woke up and we didn't have any food in to the room. However, the location was fantastic, especially for the price. The bed was pretty average for a hotel. The staff was very friendly. It was ok for a night, but we probably won't be staying there again.

The room was disgusting but that wasn't the only problem. The A\C didn't work, we couldn't move as there were no other rooms. The carpet was wet in front of said non-working A\C. The complimentary breakfast was non-existent when we went down at 7am & the desk clerk that came to the desk picking her teeth said it was because a large group came down 30 minutes ago & "ate it all". I asked & was told they had nothing to restock it with for other guests. I walked away before things got ugly. I would definitely NOT advise anyone to stay here.

Not a good location. Located on the bad side of town. Room was filthy. The green carpet had some pretty nasty stains throughout the hotel. House keeping does a horrible job. Upon my arrival the counters were dirty and sticky. There were used towels thrown under the sink. The doors had mucus and blood stains. The headboard also had some white-ish stains (I'll leave that to your imagination). There was a joint near the window sill. The window screen was left behind the couch. I was so disgusted that I called front desk and asked for another room-all they did was send a housekeeper to clean. I went to the walmart located about 2 miles from the hotel and bought some 409 to clean the doors and counter tops. I called before my arrival to have the air turned on (I read these reviews before arriving). I payed 49.00 a night. Motel 6 is alot better than this place. I would not recommend. On a positie note the staff was friendly.

Not far from downtown. It is on its way to being run down but I have not concrete complaints...it was adequate.

The hotel staff was friendly when I checked in. The room was clean and have no odors. The only negative I would have to say is that they ran out of shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.

Well I wanted to let you know that the a/c unit in the room was damaged and was leaking water as well as showing exposed wires and I want to let you know that I noticed these and am quite unhappy with this.

Was there briefly doing a job for friends. I would stay again next weekend , cuz I am not through with the project.
