Awesome experience.
One of the best experiences we have ever had out of town. We travel fairly frequently as a family, and it`s important to find not only the best bargain but a nice place, too. The Drury Inn North Austin exemplifies everything we need and want. The staff was courteous, the free dinner was awesome, and the array of breakfast items just brought the whole trip together. Any time we get the chance to stay at a drury inn, we will...based on this experience :-)

Awesome time
This is the 3rd time I've stayed at the Drury Inn here in Austin, and it's awesome each time. Parking is free, very safe to leave your car here. The room was quaint, but very cozy and comfy. The free breakfast here is great! Not like a continental breakfast. And the staff here is very friendly - they'll let you stay an extra hour or two to checkout! I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel, and will continue to come back! Like a little home away from home :)

Short drive from hotel
If you're looking to party on 6th street, a cab only costs $15. For dinner, I highly suggest Pluckers off of Burnet Road and Research Blvd, only less than 10 minutes. And if you want breakfast other than the one at the hotel, go to Torchy's Tacos off of 1st St and Riverside. AMAZING.

A great stay
Even the lobby smells great when you walk in (popcorn for snacks freshly made!). The room was spotless, and also had a fresh smell. Being a non smoking hotel works! The cooks and bartender for the fee snacks and drinks enjoy their job and have you laughing too! All the staff was friendly and helpful from directions to suggestions when asked. I would suggest this to anyone who is going to Austin!

Very clean easy to find
This was our second stay at this location. The first time we had a great suite (did not request it)and this time we had a room that was very dark and dated. The walls had brown paneling that look like something out of the 1960's but the price was not.
