100 percent Non-Smoking Hotel, conveniently located on the southeast corner of I-35 and 71. 3 miles to downtown and 4 miles away from 6th street. 1.5 miles from St. Edwards University, 6 miles to UT Austin, 3.5 miles to Zilker Park. We have award winning Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant and Subway on the property. Many restaurants within a mile. No Pets Allowed. Breakfast hours 6am-9am Monday-Sunday.

Stay somewhere else

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL HERE This hotel is dirty and kind of creepy. The first room they gave us smelled so bad we had to get a different room. The second room was dirty and still smelled musty. It seemed to me they had better rooms, but those were going to people that booked directly with them. I'm sure that's true because they were basically netting a better room rate.

Weekend trip for a destination wedding

Overall decent experience, the rooms are rather old and the bed was a bit harsh on our backs but for the price it did the job! The hotel was clean, new tv in the room an having something to eat in the morning were also helpful. Location was convenient if you have a car- we did a lot of traveling around Austin while we were here, easy to get around and the highway was very accessible.

Several restaurants to choose from just south off 35- very convenient for a quick lunch or dinner- also a subway next to the hotel

An average stay at an average price

This motel was just average with regard to cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful - one desk clerk printed a list of Giada's and Guy's favorite placed in Austin. It was August - never eat in your hotel room in the summer - it is an invitation to bugs. We appreciated the microwave and refrigerator for restaurant leftovers.

great last minute find!

We arrived in Austin with very little planned, and booked while at baggage claim at the airport. The beds were comfy, the room was air-conditioned, there was a TV, and staff was friendly (could have been more present though...). Overall pretty average, but still an awesome last minute find!

Unclean Room, Smelled of Smoke

Breakfast bar was awesome. Rooms were not. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke, there black curly hair in the beds, and we found used bandaids in our hotel room that were NOT OURS.

Nice hotel for the price

Hotel staff was very friendly and full of suggestions for meals and activities. The rooms were clean and the breakfast bar had many options.

Not what we expected

The pictures of the pool and the rooms were misleading and we were not impressed with the overall hotel. The air conditioner kept us up all night and the room next to us had a bug infestation.
