BEST WESTERN Atrium North

Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly. The free breakfast was a full meal - eggs cooked to order etc. Easy to get to. Nice pool for the grandkids. Will definately stay there again.

I was very pleased with this hotel in every aspect. I spent several hours online trying to find a room with exactly what I was looking for( jacuzzi or hot tub-in the room) when I came across the Best Western atrium north, it had everything I wanted. I booked the room, and upon arrival the staff was very polite, I was impressed before I even made it to the room. Once we got into the room not one but 2 very happy campers we were. We will be returning on a regular basis. Thank you very much Best Western!!!

The hotel pictures were better than the actual hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast is great they actually have a cook! The indoor pool is really small so when they had other guest swimming we couldn't swim without feeling like they were too close.For the price it's a good deal.

First of all, the biggest problem I had with the hotel was the cleanliness of the room. It smelled like a hospital, and feet. The "whirlpool" in my room was DISGUSTING! I had to get down and clean it myself. The cook was great(breakfast cookl). But the "room service" was terrible. I had an awful slice of teramisu, tasted like it had been sitting in a ridge for days. Sauna was smelly, pool was cute. Location was not amazing...we were only about 10 mins from downtown...but the community surrounding was quite scary.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights when visiting Austin. It was an easy drive to downtown. It had a nice, heated indoor pool, and for an extra few dollars a night we got a whirlpool tub. Many options for the free breakfast. Great value.

We had a couple days to spend in Austin and didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel downtown. This one worked out fine as it was only 6 miles north of the downtown activities. Nice and clean with a really great breakfast!

According to other reviews I thought this would be an okay place to stay. However, the location after dark was a bit sketchy and the continental breakfast was nothing to rave about. We were in town for a triathlon race and the night before our event there was a group of drunk people standing outside our room on two different occasions for about 20 min. each. (1:00am and 3:00am). Then, the sirens throughout the night (every night) made for difficult sleeping. After the first night i wanted to pack up, but due to our non-refundable reservation we sucked it up. I would not recommend this place for the amount we paid. Very disappointing, the pictures on the website are not accurate.

Just a great little hotel with close acces to a lot of Austin's highlights. Highly recommend if on a budget, traveling with friends, or with family.

It was a pleasant surprise to walk into the hotel and see how nice and clean it was. The staff was very professional and courteous, they even came up to our room and fixed our cd player that was provided for us. The atmosphere was friendly, breakfast was great and pool was nice. Thanks for being there Best Western.

Thought I might be settling since we had difficulty finding an available room everywhere else. This turned out to be a hidden gem. Great experience!! The breakfast was better than any I'd had at a morning hotel buffet (and I travel quite a bit). Very pleasantly surprised, would definitely recommend. Will mostly be back. I thought it might be far from 6th st and downtown but truly was worth the extra 5-10 min drive.
