The good, the bad, the ugly
The Hotel was great, and so was the location. The restaurants were pricey, but delicious. But the Valet parking was the worst. They scratched up my car on the drivers side. Then they tried to cover it up with a red sharpie! I brought it to their attention and wrote a police report. I am still in contact with them, and they still have yet to pay for $1,500 in damages! I am furious!

Disappointing getaway
The atmosphere was too cold. The staff lacked personality. My husband and I were celebrating our 5yr anniversary and probably should have chosen another place to stay with a more "romantic" atmosphere.

Overnight stay
Hi, we came to sign some business papers and see a few sights. This hotel was very close to the business office which was very convenience. The room was clean, but I was disappointed at how small and plain the room was. I've rented more impressive rooms for a third of the price. The lobby was very nice, but I didn't sleep in the lobby.

Weired Hotel
Weird sums it up. When you arrive, your not sure your at a hotel. There was no valet or bell staff present. I had to go to the second floor to find the front desk and any staff. Most days I could not find a valet. I asked the front desk for change for $5 bill and they were worried they could not handle that request. 10 mins later they wrangled up 5 $1's. No mini bar. Soda/watrer machines on the other side of the building. For the price, this hotel was a total rip off! Very nice building and decent rooms. Small bathroom.

Great summer hotel.
The customer service was great. A few times, we ate at the cafe. The waiter and waitress were attentive. We visited during the summer. If you decide to visit during the school year, the hotel is right on campus. You will have much more traffic than we did. For such nice hotel, the pool was small. Not very good lighting in the hotel room. If you walk in the main entrance, the registration desk is located up the stair or up the elevator to the right. This confused not only us, but several other people when we first arrived. Normally, the concierge is there to help, but if he/she steps away - you are clueless. Yes, there are signs, but we were too tired to notice.

For the price, this hotel was very nice and clean, however were still signs of being new and working the kinks out...pencil lines on the wall and pictures on the floor waiting to go on the wall...
