Wyndham Vacation Resorts-Nashville

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Adequate 2nd floor unit for 2 nights. Was there in early spring and real noisy because walls were like paper thin. We were told flood a few years back wiped out all 1st floors and they had been redone so would have liked to have seen our reserved 1st floor but when checking in was coaxed into 2nd floor unit that had been remodeled? We saw new paint, new kitchen appliances, new carpet but trim work and bathroom was dated and beat. Bedroom was the nicest area. Did I mention noisy? Very close to Opryland, parking spot close to room, seemed to have events going were a plus for this location.

We stayed at the Wyndam 2/28 thru 3/3 2013. Saturday morning we were awakened by a shrill alarm. I guess it was a fire alarm . Our building #13 was blaring. No one from the hotel knew what was going on. They didn'tknow if there was a fire. They told us to stand outside our rooms. It was about 25 degrees. After the alarm was turned off there was no communication from the hotel to the guests on what had happened. Was there a fire? Were we safe? nobody knew. I never felt so unsafe at a hotel. The entire situation could not have been handled any poorer. For $377 dollars, what a disaster.

This resort was very clean and conviently located close to everything. However be aware of the paper thin walls if privacy is what you like.

I didn't have any complaints whatsoever about this place! The condo we stayed in was amazing. It was newly renovated and gorgeous! I plan on staying here every time I visit Nashville!

It was very good!! Extremely clean and lots of towels and all that you woudl need to enjoy.

Wife and I stayed at the Wyndham Vacation Resort-Nashville on a resent holiday visit to Nashville, TN. We had very nice accomodations and the staff was excellent. We will plan to stay here again when we return to Nashville. Would highly recommend the Wyndham Vacation Resort-Nashville.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean and spacious the units were. The concierge staff is as energetic and helpful as ou ever ask for. There is no shortage of activities. Proximity to Opryland is walkable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loved this hotel...I booked the 2 bedroom condo and it was very spacious. We had 6 of us and had plenty of room. I would book this resort again.

ON ARRIVAL ADVISED ALL ITEMS MISSING OR BROKEN WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ROOM HAD BROKEN REFRIGEATOR, BROKEN BEDROON LAMP NO CLEAN TOWELS, ADVISED BY FRONT DESK THAT WE SHOULD WASH THEM , COMPLAINED THAT WE WANTED FRESH TOWELS, THEY PICKED UP DIRTY TOWELS AND HAD US PICK UP CLEAN TOWELS TWO (2) DAYS LATER AT THE FRON DESK AFTER WE COMPLAINED AGAIN NO PARKING BY OUR ASSIGNED BUILDING AS EMPLOYEES OF HOTEL USE ALL THE SPACES, INFORMED BY SECURITY THAT EMPLOYEES NEEDED PLACES TO PARK ALSO. PARKED AT NEXT BUILDING AND HAD 2 1/2 BLOCK WALK TO GET TO ROOM ONE DAY WE WERE BLOCKED IN BY A CAR DOUBLE PARKED, CALLED SECURITY TO HAVE CAR REMOVED. 70 MINUTES LATER A TIME SHARE SALEMAN REMOVED HIS CAR SO WE COULD LEAVE WE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE MANAGER "GARY" WHO LAUGHT AS WE TOLD HIM. HIS COMMET WAS "IF WE WERE OWNERS WE WOULD BE HAVING A DIFFERENT CONVERSATION" DOES THAT MEAN AS PAYING GUEST WE DON'T COUNT. THERE IS NO MAID SERVICE NO CHANGING OF SHEETS NO CLEANING OF ROOM # UNLESS YOU CLEAN IT YOUSELF# AND FORGET MANAGEMENT THEY DON'T CARE COULD OF STAYED AT EMBASSY SUITS DOWN THE STREET FOR THE SAME COST AND HAD EVERY DAY MAID SERVICE, CLEAN SHEETS, CLEAN ROOM, AND TOWELS AND FULLY COOKED BREAKFAST THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING HERE!! ITS LIKE BEING AT HOME ONLY YOU PAY FOR IT
