Needs Improvement

The location of the hotel was nice, close to downtown and close to the highway. But the location was really the only plus about the hotel. The Ramada showed that it was only a two star hotel for a reason. Overall, the bathroom and furniture could have used some work. The room was quite muggy, so we kept the air on all day and night. If I could do this trip again, I would have probably picked a different hotel.

Decent all the way around

Parking fee is $10 a night plus tax, and pool area is super muggy and noise carries easy, which is annoying, but it is a decent, clean, and comfortable hotel, in a walkable location from downtown Nashville and is a lot cheaper than other nearby hotels. I'd stay there again.

Worst ever!

First...Someone else came into my room because they give the same key and room to another person, others had the same problem. Second..they charge $10 for parking third...the hotel & room looks 100 years old, the bathroom door has been kick-in and the bed needed to be replace. and worst I paid $155 per night for this. I can't understand how ANYONE could give this hotel a great rating. Also the breakfast was a joke. Close this place down!

Just a place to sleep

We chose this hotel because we planned to merely bar hop and listen to music with friends - we were looking for something in the "affordable" range. Since it was chilly, the long walk to get to Broadway was not practical, so we had to cab it anyway. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine. Otherwise, you might spend a little more and stay closer to the action.

Worst ever!

This is hands down the worst Ramada ever. I paid nearly $200 for one night, paid $10 for parking. First..I had someone to come in my room because we had the same key and room number, second..the room were dirty third...the bathroom door were kicked-in forth...the breakfast were a joke. fifth...the place looks 200 years old, dark and creepy. I sleep only 2 hours because I were afaid someone else would come in my room. I can't understand how anyone would give this hotel a good review.

OK

The hotel is dated and in need of general upkeep. Trash can liners would have been nice, not just for us, but I'm sure the cleaning staff would appreciate that too. The staff was friendly, but did not like finding out there was a $5.00 a day parking fee when we are finishing up the check in process-did not see it on the Cheap tickets web site either.

A True VALUE

The Ramada Nashville Downtown Hotel is a true value for the $$$. All I ask for in a hotel is location and cleanliness and this facility has both. It was an easy walk to The Ryman and the Downtown attractions.

Jimmy Buffet St Somewhere

All that this place has going for it is it is right in front of the Titans Stadium. But it was the only place available for the concert. Things went downhill as soon as they informed me of the $10 parking fee surcharge. For close to $200 a night, I should get parking for 1 vehicle. The room was dirty and loud from the interstate noise. The AC also did not work but it was at least cool outside. The breakfast was substandard and the coffee was undrinkable. I will never be back. One cheap outfit.

Stop on the Way

We were on our way back from Florida. Nashville was a good stopping point. We were looking for a cost efficient place to spend the night before completing our final leg home the next day. There was remodeling going on and the location was right off of I-24.
