Good for football

If you plan on going to a Titans game this would be the place to stay in. The guitar shaped pool is also pretty cool.

Family move

This was an old hotel attempting to get in to the modern world . This hotel will be awesome . It was a perfect location and of course you can hear the highway because it is next to the highway! Duh. People should not complain about that . We had a great time and the hotel front lobby dude KURT was so nice and super efficient and busy . We were happy to use the laundry room. The pool was awesome . Thank you!

Fun stay close to downtown

Hotel is older and it shows a bit, but for the price and location, it was worth it. Cheap cab ride to the nightlife downtown (about 1-2 miles away), and we truly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location....check it out for yourself!

I read several reviews online AFTER I'd booked the room. I fully expected to find a old, musty smelling room with crabby staff and a loud leaky a/c unit. What I got was the exact opposite! It is an older hotel, but quite nice. My room was clean and very comfortable. No doubt I would stay here again!

Got the job done

The room was clean, breakfast was average. I was surprised at how nice the rooms were compared to how the hall ways looked. Not a bad place to stay for the price.

poor attitudes and service

My room rate was incorrect and no effort was made to change it. I came with a large group and one of them had to be moved since their heat did not work. The ice machine was broken on my floor and when I called about it I was told to go find one on another floor. there were no blankets in the room or on the bed. the breakfast was barely warm and 2 employees were yelling, cursing, and slamming doors at each other while we ate. The pool was closed. When I checked out I wanted to pay with cash and was told I would be charged $25 late fee. If I had left the room on my card I would not have been charged the late fee. The staff we encountered were rude and really made no effort to ensure our comfort.

Not what we expected

We contacted the hotel that we would be arriving later than expected and the attended was rather hard to understand. When we did arrive the bathroom floor was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. We had to pay two different prices for parking even though the even charged more for the hotel room on game day. The continental breakfast was not great. The pool was very uninviting and they even advertise the largest guitar pool. I would recommend a complete remodel and work on making it more inviting for sports fans!

Nightlife tip: Long walk from hotel

The hotel sits just on the outside of downtown Nashville and would be a great destination if it was clean.
