The staff was friendly from the desk clerk to the housekeeping staff. The room was the cleanest I have stayed in in recent memory. Location was excellent, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is convenient. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Book it direct?

They said the room reservation was not guaranteed because it was booked thru Orbitz and not a direct booking. They gave me the room but made it seem like it was a big favor. The parking structure adjoining the hotel is not the hotel garage, which is a little further away and cost $22 for one day.

A night away from home

A night away from the kids and chaos. We stayed here to celebrate our 8th anniversary. Great location. Walking distance to several resturarns, parks and shops. Nice rooms that were very quiet. Great food on the breakfast buffet. We were sent home well rested and feed.

Great Location

The experience was good. It was a nice clean hotel to rest your head at the end of the day. Today, all hotels should have free internet as people travel for business and the need is just as common as cable TV. To have to pay for that type of service makes customers feel like there are always hidden service charges and they are being nickeled and dimed to death. You could have simply taken your laptop to the Starbucks in the same plaza and gotten free wifi. Also, when you stay at a hotel, parking should simply be included. Other hotels, in the same area, had parking lots for their guests at no charge. Fix those two items and this hotel would have been a GREAT hotel.
