Convenient to downtown Nashville

The hotel is conveniently located 10 min. from downtown and has a shuttle to and from the airport and downtown. With a little planning, you can take the shuttle to sites so you don't have to pay $10-$15 parking downtown. The hotel has a good buffet breakfast and a small casual restaurant that we enjoyed one night while listening to a live country singer. The room was clean albeit smaller than we would have liked. The double rooms only have double beds, no queens, so we were somewhat uncomfortable. The one thing that was really disappointing was the daily charge for internet service Overall, it was nice with decent amenities.

Terrible!

This hotel was the most expensive dump I have ever stayed in! The front desk person was rude when we got there and acted annoyed when we asked a question. We got to our room, after 3 pm, and there was a huge pile of dirty towels in front of our room, which was dingy, somewhat dirty, with light bulbs out and a shower faucet that either stuck or dripped incessantly. The walls are paper thin - we could hear everything our neighbors were saying, which was REALLY fun at 6 am. The only redeeming factor was the shuttle, which came in handy on NYE in the pouring rain. We will never stay here again!

Above and Beyond

I had a recent knee replacement and Tiffany from the front desk and Pete from maintenance went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Avoid Jack's BBQ downtown Nashville. Very mediocre; no tableside service.

One night in Nashville

My wife had an early doctor appointment so we decided to stay close to the hospital. We have stayed at the Millennium Maxwell House in the past and have been very satisfied on location and quality of room. This stay was not bad but a side table had a stick residue and it was on the carpet along with some white lint. Overall I like this hotel and have had good memories. I hope they get back to their A game.

convenient location for driving around Nashville

The hotel is nice and well-located for exploring Nashville from a car. There is nothing to walk to from its location, but it is a straight and short shot downtown and has easy access to the beltway that lets you skip downtown traffic on your way to the Nashville neighborhoods (East Nashville, 12 South, etc.) beyond downtown that you will want to explore. So long as you have a car, this is a great place to base your operations.

shuttle bus to downtown was nice

when we finally got to our hotel after 5 hours of driving, we were ready to get to our room. however, there were three staff members behind the front desk, but none of the them really seem to know what they were doing. one of them was even texting while she ignored us! it was a nice hotel, but i would have preferred a more attentive staff.

Nightlife tip: In Hotel

hotel entertainment was really great. my tip for downtown is to leave your car at the hotel and take the shuttle. even with the tip for the driver, it is still less expensive than paying for parking downtown

Close but not too close to downtown

It was an average stay, hotel was a little outdated-- bathroom not clean at all. Air conditioner only worked if set less than 65. Great place if you want to stay right outside of all nightlife but close enough if you want to be near downtown. Only there to stay at night-- was not impressed for the amount spent.

Older hotel & not close to downtown

Room was nothing special (pedestal sink not very convenient at all) & location is not very close to downtown. They do offer shuttle service up to 10pm but you will have to take a taxi after that. No breakfast provided and I thought a little pricey.
