Disappointed

This hotel seemed great online. The staff was fabulous, however, the hotel was disappointing. The shower was nice but the linens on the bed were stained. There were cigarette burns in the shower. The room with king bed was very small, almost too small and there was no pool. The work out room was nice but we've could have paid less at the holiday inn and enjoyed more room with a pool.

I loved my stay but the $100 per day on debit hold was ridiculous for a fully paid 5 night stay. Decreased my spending budget greatly and added unnecessary bank fees.

Nashville trip

The hotel was beautiful. It was clean and the staff wanted to cater to your ever need. The only issue I had was that we booked a room with a view of downtown and instead received one with a view of the construction going on next door. Despite the view they did give us a larger room. Would definitely stay here again.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

Take the shuttle provided by the hotel or a short taxi ride (about $7) to the downtown area for some great music and dining.

The Cozy Boutique

Very welcoming and helpful staff from valet to housekeeping. The front desk staff person upon check in was not as pleasant, unfortunately. Decorated to a high standard using the room space creatively. We felt cozy and comfortable. The opaque glass between bed area and shower was fun but a bit weird since I was with a friend. Although it made for a good laugh. Really appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly. I was not traveling with a pet but like having the option. Overall, we would stay at this hotel every opportunity we get in the future.

Graduation - Vanderbilt

The absolute only problem I have is that the menu in the room said the beer was $2.50. We had two and were charged $11.00. I did not know this until I looked at the bill when I got home. I will dispute. Other than this, everything else was perfect ! Thanks, Carolyn R. Ford

Good Experience

During our stay there were no problems. The staff was nice and room was upkept! If this hotel is in your budget then I would recommend a stay here! There are additional fees to enjoy some of the perks in the room and wireless internet.

Nice rooms but

Upon arrival at the hotel, the young woman who waited on us, commented about how the room was booked in a very demeaning tone. The room was nice, but it had a sliding door for the rest room, which took some muscle to open. The room itself was comfortable, but one night it wasn't cleaned. One elevator of three was down for the first two days were there, not good for a highrise building. The execise facility is better than most that I have seen. The location is close to downtown. The only other negative comment I have it we were unaware that the parking was charged separately, $65 for the three days were were there. Overall, I would not stay at the Hutton again.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

The Wild Horse downtown was a great place to listen to live music and line dance. Great family place.
