Me and my family was not happy at all. They need to do better with a lot of stuff

Our room was located next to the cleaning staff storage, so early morning noise woke us up. The bedding was extremely wrinkled and midget pillows were bad. I expected more for the price. But location was excellent in the center of most destinations. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was as expected. The biggest issue we had was that we were put us in a smoking room after we requested a non- smoking room. As a family of non-smokers with a child and former by- pass surgery patient, we were very unsatisfied. We were told by the hotel that the Internet booking companies will do that and that we should book direct. I will take their advice because that nearly ruined our trip.

When our flight was canceled due to weather, we had to book a room last minute. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms. Very clean. Nice staff. The main lobby area reminds you of what a really good hotel was 20 years ago (in a good way)...there is a piano bar, gift shop, open area with tables for breakfast and indoor pool. Overall very pleased.

The hotel was nice when you walked in. But the pool was too cold, hot tub broken, kids running down the halls at 12:30am. Bathroom was dirty and I had to clean it before I would let my children shower. We requested an extra bed and it was denied. We requested 1st floor due to disablility and we were placed on 10th floor. Their on site dining was too expensive. I mean seriously who wants to pay $10.00 for an omlette. It served its purpose but not for what I paid for. I could have stayed in a different hotel for less money and better arrangements

had a very nice stay,hotel is clean,service was very good. I had a $20 breakfast voucher for both days of my stay, the food was good & the chef was cooking omlettes & eggs to order very cool. the $20 coverd the bill so i was able to tip the staff generously.we found getting to were we wanted to go from this location very easy.

We were looking to save a little money so we picked this hotel still only 6 miles away from nashville, great staff, clean and spacious room. 0 complaints relatively cheap would def stay here again

Check in was really easy. Just went up to them and said I used *#^+#%, and quickly got me my room. The room was clean but could use a little LCT(move the T in front of the L, can't use brand names.) But I will be going back.

Friendly and professional staff. Location was great for Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall - just one exit away, easy on-off of highway. Pool and hot tub area, and lobby area, were very nice. Cleanliness was the problem. When I lifted up the toilet seat, the bowl rim hadn't been wiped off from the last guy. Lots of hairs in the bathroom -- on sink, in tub, on floor, on shower curtain, and also on top covers on beds. If recommending to someone else, I would tell them to be prepared to give it a good wipe down before unpacking or look over the room before checking in.
