Nothing Special

In the backyard of the football stadium. We were not there for the game. The parking was full from the game and lots of noise. If you are going to a game then its the perfect location. If not, then I would recommend another location. Hotel was also under renovation which was not an issue. Beds not that comfy though. Not really worth the money for our purpose. Front desk was slow and so were breakfast servers. Hostess was very pleasant.

Service didn't meet the Status

To start with, the hotel is undergoing renovation, which makes the premises noisy and a smell of persistent Paint lived in the halls. The rooms were very expensive (which is not the problem), but the amenities or services provided didn't live up to it. For eg. there isn't even a bottle of drinking water in the room. It needs to be bought from the reception. This is a basic courtesy offered by even cheap motels. 2. Breakfast not included - When reserving the hotel, the page clearly said that the breakfast is included in the charges. But, we were denied the same when at the hotel, saying that there must have been a confusion, or the rates must have expired. It wasn't worth the effort to go looking for the culprit, so we passed. 3. Even television didn't had any good channels, and the better portions were available on pay per request basis. This is the first time, I have seen any hotel putting a high price on basic services, and continuously trying to churn out more on the name of extra features. Free parking was the only feature that we didn't completely regret our decision to go with this hotel.

noisy.

Hotel and room fine but extremely noisy. We were woken at 5.45 by a construction truck delivering a dumpster to hotel with horn wailing for ten minutes. Good hotel if you don't like sleeping.

Awesome 1 night stay

During my stay the hotel was undergoing a renovation however the service was still great, and my room was clean and very comfortable. I loved having coffee in my room the next morning after a great night in downtown Nashville. The maid on the floor I stayed had made animals out of several of the towels. I hadn't experience that simple joy since my stay on a Disney World property. This hotel is a short drive to downtown. I will definitely stay here again.

Honeymoon

The hotel was under construction but the noise level wasn't too bad. Room was clean except for some old sandals we found under the bed. The cleaning lady was efficient and the bed was comfortable. The TV was nice as well. This hotel is about 2 miles from downtown, but they have free parking and a shuttle which is great because downtown parking is expensive! Would use this hotel again for the price.

Nightlife tip: Short drive from hotel

Take the shuttle or carpool if going downtown. Parking is expensive. If you're into beer the TN Brewing company was a great experience.

Stopped in for a few days

The hotel was under construction and made things very inconvenient and bothersome. Had I known that the hotel was undergoing renovations, I would have booked somewhere else.

Not so great

Hotel was under construction when I arrived. There was no indication when I made my reservation that the hotel was being completely renovated. Would not recommend until they get the renovations completed

Close to downtown with ample amenities

Location was great - very close to downtown and hotel offers free shuttle service to downtown. Room was clean, has adequate amenities - I had wifi free (not sure if that was because of a rewards program), parking was free and coffee was available in the room and downtown. I could hear some noise from the adjacent room and there was construction that was disturbing, hence comfort was a 3.
