Adequate
The hotel staff was friendly, the room was adequate. However, I was not happy to hear that parking was extra ($22/night plus tax) after paying over $150/night for the room. Then, the refrigerator in the room made a ticking noise continuously. Once you fell asleep, it was no big deal, but still, you'd think someone from room service would have noticed and investigated. Had we been staying more than one night, I'd have asked to change rooms. Location was good, close enough to everything, but not too close. I give this place a "B- or C".

After 11PM during the week, the choices for food are not much. Definitely, eat before the show. We were there on a Tuesday night. If you are drinking, this place has a LOT of choices, and live music practically everywhere you enter.

Proximity to Vanderbilt
Free shuttle to Vanderbilt ! Avoided crowds and parking hassles at commencement. A great free breakfast included. Parking is extra - appx 24$/day

Nashville hotel under construction
Staff was excellent, Breakfast was very good, but I was disappointed about the construction going on and not being told ahead of time so I could have chosen another hotel, there was pounding going on at 8:30AM and while on vacation I like to sleep in so that's not good.

Downtown convenience
The staff was wonderful. They were very accomendating. The hotel is located downtown close enough to the nightlife but not directly situated in it. The complimentary shuttle service that took you anywhere within a limited mike radius was a nice treat. I can't remember exactly how far though. I had a nice stay.

Great Place to Stay
We decided to stay here again for NYE 2013 after staying here in 2009. It's such a great location - close to all the joints on Broadway! They've got a very nice breakfast buffet, too - particularly the Pancake thingy - can't remember the exact name. Just press a button and a pancake will get made and shoot out the side! Staff has always been gracious, plus we've never had to call the front desk to complain about anything.

Good location and stay
The hotel is nothing fancy but it's confortable and close to everything. Downtown is less than 5 minutes walk and so are the places uphill.

Hotel was located in a decent area - had to do some walking but having a shuttle was a bonus. Breakfast was fair - but a nice bonus & one less thing to think about. All staff we encountered were pleasant & very helpful!

It was nice to have the breakfast buffet available. Food was average, but there was a lot of food. All staff we encountered were outstanding at the hotel. Room & accommodations were average but comfortable. Hotel shuttle was a super feature too. There were some limitations on distance the shuttle would take you & time restrictions on when it was available, but still a nice perk.
