Great stay
I have stayed here before since its a good price and close to downtown ($10-15 cab ride). The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great! The only complaint I have was that the pool wasnt open for the season yet. It was 85 out all weekend and it's the south, yet they wait until Memorial Day weekend (1 week away). We asked for pool towels and we got them... Only to find the pool locked. The staff didnt think to tell us the pool wasnt open when we asked for POOL towels. So we improvised and sat in chairs outside the pool gates! Hotel room was very clean- I always like the bath and body works shampoos, lotions, and shower gels.

Nightlife tip:
Short drive from hotel
Very short cab ride away! Tell the cab driver to take the highway or else he will take the side streets that hike up the fare.

Old with touch ups-but clean
The hotel was clean, but very old. It is not in a very good part of town. The staff was very nice & helpful. Internet connections was slow, slow, slow, I never did get my boarding passes printed! Says non-smoking, but lots of cigarette smoke in our hallway. Told staff, but said "it must be coming in when the outside door is opened; sorry". NO frig, NO microwave! Old, outdated stuff.

Hard mattress
I have stayed in this hotel many times and always had a satisfactory experience. Hotel staff is friendly, amenable, motivated to please, and always very accommodating. The hotel is very clean, both outside and inside. The rooms are always relatively clean (I am very picky), The location is super for me. It sits right at the interstate entrance ramp. You can be anywhere in Nashville in minutes (barring rush hour traffic delays). This stay was very unpleasant for me because the bed was rock hard and I could feel the springs in my backside. There was little rest for me that night. When I was younger, the hardness of the bed had no effect on how, or if I slept. Now I require a comfortable bed to rest, since I am In stage 3 heart failure. If hardness of the bed has no meaning for you, this is a great value. I will try to find a hotel with pillow top mattresses.

Central Location without the high Cost
Booking through a travel site saved about $20 over other discounts. Check in is a breeze since the paperwork is already done. This is far better than booking with corporate booking. The staff is friendly and very amenable. We had a problem with a toilet on the previous stay and we were moved to another room immediately with no hassle. This stay was very nice. The room was neat and clean, and quiet. Since it is 100 % smoke free, you don't have to deal with the residual oder of musty tobacco smoke. Since it is not downtown, it is a more cost effective and convenient alternative to a downtown hotel. It is right at the interstate hub so that any location in Nashville or metro area is just a few minutes away. It is a good location for me to make my visits to local hospitals. This is no fancy palace, but it is reasonably clean, with wi-fi, good parking, and a good breakfast with healthy choices. I am a happy customer with multiple repeat visits.

Travelling for Interviews
Easy access location and great value
I was doing a lot of travel for interviews, and this was a great find! Affordable, comfortable, quiet, and a decently varied continental breakfast (hot foods, bagels, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffee, milk) earned big points from me. It's location at the intersection of I-24 and I-40 provided easy access to downtown Nashville and the airport while still being incredibly quiet. A vehicle is a definite requirement if you are staying at this hotel, but again, easy access to the highway makes travel a breeze if you do have a vehicle. The staff were pleasant and helpful. One thing of note was it took quite a while for the water to become hot in the shower, but there was plently of hot water to be had once it got started.

It is what it is
Stuck at the BNA airport and needed a room, ALL Nashville rooms were sold out and this was our only option. We took it, staff EXTREMELY competent and nice. It is the only thing I can say nice about the hotel unfortunatelu. But we usually stay in 4 1/2 to 5 star hotels so this is unfair. Hotel and room smelled of cleaning liquids, it was clean-ish but suspect. Beds were comfortable. All in all we survived and appreciated the staffs attention.

Will not being staying here again...
Although they were able to check us in early, we were placed in a room where the heater did not work (mind you, there is not central heating/air system). The walls and ceiling were discolored and the window was filthy. We complained about the heat and were moved to another room. The heat was better, but it took 30 minutes for it to get going. A downfall with the heating unit was that it didn’t heat up the bathroom, so we had to turn on the shower to warm it up… Also, the “hot breakfast” was not hot at all. They don’t have automatic doors, so if you have a lot of luggage, make sure you have some help with the door. And they were very stingy with towels. And the thing that bothered me the most was that the “free wifi” did not even work!! It’s safe to say that I won’t be staying there again…

Met their usual first class standards.
Stay was part of a nine-state trip. Ate a good steak at the Lone Star Steak House a few blocks from the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was mediocre but filling.
