Awesome last minute road trip!
The employees at Fairfield were very friendly & eager to be of assistance. They gave great directions & suggestions & kept everything very clean. For a mid priced hotel it was very comfy & a great value. The bed was very comfy! The breakfast was a huge plus!! So nice not to have to find a place to eat in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the Grand Ole Opry

Worst two night stay
I wasn't even in our room for ten minutes and the toilet overflowed. So they gave us a different room and the heat did not work so my husband had to stay up all night so we wouldn't freeze. The pool was warm in afternoon but at night was cold. The conentail breakfast was Chessey. I would not stay here again for the price and all the trouble we had. I would like my money back for what we went through.

Owl City trip
Went to see Owl City at the Ryman with my three daughters. Hotel was clean and breakfast was what I expected. We had hoped to go for a swim when we got there but pool was closed for maintenance. Wasn't a big deal but we were hoping to cool off from such a hot day.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
Don't go to the McDonald's down the street. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Air was not working, no ice in the drink machine, order was wrong, other customers were frustrated and showing displeasure with the service.

Not bad for the price
A very clean, recently renovated/remodeled hotel with updated TV, fixtures, bathroom/shower. The room's only drawback was the single cup dispensing coffee maker, but the front desk freely gave extra setups. Staff was very friendly and professional; the clerk comped our shuttle ride to Opryland Hotel due to a mix-up in info. The only concern we had is that we left a light on and it was turned off when we came back to the room, obviously signifying that someone had been in the room while we were out of it. Hmmmm....

Wonderful Room and Location
We stayed one night in Nashville to go to a Titan's game. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel had a shuttle to and from Opryland for only a one-time $10 charge. I asked the front desk about options for getting to the Titan's game they searched and printed a sheet with ticket pricing and station locations for the Music City Star which had a train that ran to the stadium. All in all a wonderful stay!
