Birthday weekend
The hotel itself was wonderful..The rooms were a bit too small for 2 people though. We asked after we had checked in and went to our room if we could switch to a bigger room, but each day we were told that the hotel was booked and couldn't accomodate our wishes.. Other than the rooms being too small for our liking, the hotel was great..

Great place, Great location
The experience doesn't get a whole lot better than this. The location is great; a little walk but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Valet parking is a good price and very easy. The continental breakfast is one of the best I've had, and the lounge in the lobby is comfortable and the wait staff very friendly. Great place to stay if you are looking to take in the night life of downtown Nashville.

Great time in Nashville
Hotel is friendly. Beds were so, so. All of the dining was good except for breakfast. Skip the buffet, unless its included in room price. Lunch and dinner were good. Location was great, and the have a shuttle that will take you around downtown. Broadway is only a short stroll down 4th ave.

Great access to Lower Broad
This hotel is an easy walk from Lower Broad, the nightlife center of Nashville. The hotel was clean and quiet. My only complaint was that my travel companions and I were put in a smoking room, though we are not smokers. The hotel was unable to move us since all rooms were booked, but they offered to put an ionizer in the room to diffuse the odor.

Central location, good value
The hotel was a short walk to downtown Nashville, although the hotel offers a free shuttle until 11:00pm. The staff was friendly and as accommodating as possible. I stayed with friends that mistakenly booked a smoking room which was awful (if you're not a smoker). The hotel was unable to provide a non-smoking alternative due to capacity but provided an ionizer for some reprieve. The only thing missing in the room was a fridge. By warned that you must valet your car which is $24/day. Overall it was a great hotel for the location and price.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
The Garden Cafe is a famous brunch place in Nashville. Although the food was fantastic, brunch was a two and a half hour ordeal. The restaurant is underserved and overworked. If you can spare the time try the banana pancakes!
