Avoid this place!!
I've stayed in a lot of Motel 6s in my time, but this one is the worst of all. It's a former Days Inn that was bought and it appears little else has been done to the property. The front desk staff was indifferent and/or clueless. The room was basically clean, but that was it. Shower had two settings: freezing and scalding, no gradations. As is *so often* the case in these buy-out situations, the MINIMUM necessary to re-open this place has been done. The property doesn't even live up to the usual Motel 6 standards!

AWFUL VACATION STAY
I MADE A RESERVATION WITH MOTEL 6 I WAS TO CHECK IN BY 1 PM I CHECKED IN AT 1:32 PM BUT WAS UNABLE TO GO TO MY ROOM DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL I HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR PRIOR TO GETTING IN MY ROOM ONCE I WAS ABLE TO GET IN MY ROOM I NOTICED THAT I HAD BLOOD STAINS ON MY BLANKET ONCE I LOOKED AT IT MORE I NOTICED IT WAS MENUSTRATION BLOOD I TOOK THE BLANKET OFF MY BED I WENT DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR ANOTHER BLANKET AND WAS TOLD HOUSEKEEPING HAD GONE FOR THE DAY AND THAT I COULD USE TOWELS TO STAY WARM LUCKILY I AM TRAVELING AND I HAVE BLANKETS AND PILLOWS I WAITED FOR THE NEXT DAY T SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT I HAD INFORMED HIM OF THE ISSUE AT HAND HE APOLOGIZED I EXPLAINED TO HIM SINCE I DIDNT GET INTO MY ROOM AFTER 2 PM ON CHECK IN THAT I WOULD BE CHECKING OUT THE SAME TIME HE SAID OK ON MY CHECK OUT DAY I LEFT MY ROOM FOR A FEW AND CAME BACK ONLY TO BE LOCKED OUT AND HE WOULDNT LET ME BACK IN I WAS LOCKED OUT FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE BEING ABLE TO GET BACK IN TO GET MY STUFF ALL THIS WAS BEFORE MY 2 PM CHECK OUT THAT HE HAD AGREED TO I WENT TO THE DESK TO ASK HIM WHAT ABOUT OUR AGREEMENT HE SAID THERE WAS O AGREEMENT AT THIS POINT I HAD INFORMED HIM I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS CHILDREN SERVICES DUE TO THE FACT THAT EMPLOYEES ARE BRINGING THERE CHILDREN TO WORK AS TO WHY MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AND READY TO GO THE MAID WAS ATTENDING TO HER CHILDREN AND RUSHED TO CLEAN MY ROOM AS TO WHY I HAD A NASTY BLANKET ON MY BED I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS CHILDREN SERVICES AS WELL AS WELL SEEKING MY LEGAL RIGHTS I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS MATTER
