Great staff
We were tired travelers and just needed a place to crash - so tired that we ordered room service instead of going out. The order arrived and looked okay - after our server left I realized a serving of salad dressing was missing - too tired to bother, I did not pursue it - but got a call from the server when she realized the error. She cheerfully made the 2nd trip to 'make it right.'

Acceptable for a short while
The staff was friendly but not really helpful. I asked for a room on the west side and after checking on for a while the room that she gave me was on the east side. Another surprise that the room key didn't work, as why she put down on the small envelop was wrong. Also, the waiting time at the elevator was frequently too long.

None nada zip amenities
No amenities! Free coffee in the morning, but no newspaper on weekends, not even fruit or cookies in the evening. At the price we paid, that is a ripoff. The staff was kind, no problem there. Pay for wireless! Pay for wireless! I repeat pay for wireless. Pay to use the motel computer. That is very stone age, I'm afraid. You are trying any trick to gouge the customer. No different than the tricks airlines are using with baggage and pillows. The staff was nice and the motel did have a great workout room, but I won't stay there again. Regards,

The hotel staff were nice and the rooms were clean. I did not realize there was no fridge or microwave and the whole floor had a smell that you just could not get use to.

Great Stay in Memphis
We booked this hotel for an overnight stay between our arrival at Memphis Int'l Airport and our trip the next day to Oklahoma. What a treat: quiet room, excellent view, and very informative, helpful staff. Although we had not planned on using our rental car to drive into Memphis for dinner, the concierge told us how easy it would be to get to downtown and about a few places we could consider for dinner. It worked: easy trip to downtown and a wonderful dinner at the Flying Fish Restaurant.
