hotel near airport
the only plus with this hotel was that it was near the airport. The surrounding area was sketchy and the first morning we had no hot water and had to be switched to another room. No plans on staying there again despite the convenience.

Convenient to the airport
Stayed two days. First day no hot water in the room, Limited food service available. After one day couldn't get back into room and had to have the room key recalibrated. No newspapers available. Has great potential, cordial and helpful staff.

Great hotel for the price
We had a great experience and the staff was very polite and friendly. The buffet could have offered more but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Bad everything
I had to wait to check in because room wasn't ready, it was after 3. The place wasn't the cleanest, in short. I HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE!

when i checked in i was put into two rooms that werent clean , had to be moved .... but staff was very courteous,,, location sucked for my purposes

the location is good
the location is good as for as getting on and off I 240 and I 55. The Malls are close, as well as downtown Memphis and highway 61 is easy to get to from this hotel.

Service was worth more than the price.
The hotel was very beautiful even though areas were being remodeled. The daily conferences and receptions were constantly held late which was noisy, but other than that I loved it. It was like a small resort!

Holiday Inn Select Review Memphis-Intl
my first room was a mess second room was flooded but third times a charm it was ok. was ready to just leave but the girl at the desk was so nice and helpful I stayed. Loby was impressive but the rooms need updating.
