very positive, re room, service, location...just the restaurant....poor ....

030812 - Well, I was surprise I stayed at this same hotel 2-3 other time before and sometime not such a great stay, I think each time under different management the name changed but same location. This time the room was nice, large and very clean, bath was updated, the furniture was modern and the business area free of charge; a restaurant on-site was no where to be found, maybe I did not look hard enough. All in all great stay!

The staff was very friendly. However there were alot of inconsistancies in hotel procedures/hrs of operation. The hotel could have been cleaner. For example: the room next door ordered room service and the tray/dirty plates sat in the hall for 3 days. Also, there were a bunch of wet hotel towels that sat on the table at the pool for 2 days! The carpet in the lobby/hallways need to be changed. We were hoping for a free continental breakfast(something simple would have been nice) but the lobby just served coffee. Other than the aforementioned items, staff was personable and tried hard. Rooms/ bedding very clean! Well, you asked.......

This was a simple place. Nothing exceptional about it. It was in a perfect location for a two night trip because of the proximity to the airport and car rental return.

They are trying. The lobby is nice. But there was a really dilapidated refrigerator and microwave in the first room I was assigned that diminished the feeling of cleanliness in the room. The TV was old, too. They were out of room key envelopes and had started reusing envelopes already used by previous guests. I didn't mind but it really did not do anything for their image. Other than the airport, the hotel isn't convenient to much of anything. That part of town is very run down. If it wasn't so close to he airport I would have paid a few more dollars and stayed in a nicer place in another part of town.

Good for short period of stay. The internet is free, even though they only have one.

Glad to see the makeover of the hotel a wonderful improvement. All that is needed for the rooms are pillowtop mattress. Not the greatest for handicap accessibility. I thought breakfast was a little , i normally have the same on continental breakfast. But overall stay Nice.

The location was great and easily accessible from the MEM airport, however, the facility was filthy. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months to say the least. The room was dusty and the carpet was dirty. There was dust and debris collecting on the carpet. The corners of the carpet were dirty and dusty and there was dirt gathering behind the TV console and night stand. The carpet under the beds had trash gathering next to the legs of the bed. I was truly afraid to walk on the carpet bare-foot. Tile in the main lobby leading to the rooms on the 3rd floor are broken and need re-sealing. This place needs an upgrade! This hotel did not have a gift shop and I was expecting to purchase a few items.

This place is close to the airport, but not in a safe location. The staff gave me a key to a room already occupied - oops! The place was a constructin zone. Elevator was not clean with cracked flooring. There was exposed wiring to the heating unit. I wouldn't stay here.
