Great shuttle service
The shuttle service was a nice bonus. Couldn't believe there was no pool, bar, or room service. Clean room at a good price, though.

Close to Airport and car rentals
This was a simple place. Nothing exceptional about it. It was in a perfect location for a two night trip because of the proximity to the airport and car rental return.

when i checked in i was put into two rooms that werent clean , had to be moved .... but staff was very courteous,,, location sucked for my purposes

030812 - Well, I was surprise I stayed at this same hotel 2-3 other time before and sometime not such a great stay, I think each time under different management the name changed but same location. This time the room was nice, large and very clean, bath was updated, the furniture was modern and the business area free of charge; a restaurant on-site was no where to be found, maybe I did not look hard enough. All in all great stay!

great new year's eve getaway!
i did'nt expect it to be so nice. the lobby was so gigantic with all the floors of rooms exposed inside ! it's an older hotel but they are trying to bring it up to date and may i say that their doing agood job. they have a restaurant which we ate breakfast buffet only, a little pricey for what the have eat. i would go somewhere else to eat next time. but for the cost of the room i can't complain!

Good hotel, friendly staffs
It's a clean hotel next to Memphis airport. Noise from the airport is not a big problem to me. The rooms and amenities are not very new but clean enough for this price.

Holiday Inn Airport, Memphis TN
Over the past ten years I have stayed in this hotel four times. Each time the hotel was alittle more run down. It has been about two years since my last stay and even though they are remodeling I will not return. Poor menu in the restauant. Remodeling was substandard. Although the staff was freindly they were very unorganized. Children allowed to run around unsupervised. Lost power on the last day. No hot water on one morning.
