The intimate martini lounge, lobby mezzanine, world-class fitness room, indoor pool and weeping rooftop garden offer multiple options for a relaxing escape. But the Madison's crown jewel is its cozy restaurant, Eighty3, widely recognized for its original takes and creatively prepared World cuisine. See why Madison Hotel is synonymous with "luxury". Nice Boutique Hotel

Very nicely kept hotel in downtown Memphis. Staff is very friendly (though I didn't see that many people around to be quite honest). The valet staff were the best. I barely saw any other visitors there. must've been a slow week. there's a nice lap pool, which no one used while i was there and an adequate gym. the rooftop deck is beautiful, but the bartender was less friendly.

Great Overnight Stay

This hotel was amazing. The service and staff was great! The only issue we had was the mini fridge wasn't cleaned out from the previous guest. I called down and they sent someome up right away. The staff gave us a few treats and drinks for the problem. Overall great stay!

Get couple getaway

We had a very great time. The roof top was the greatest but the music was too loud and selection wasn't the greatest. Maybe some softer blues or jazz, we were in Memphis and that's what Memphis is all about. Beside that the staff was great and made our time the greatest. We will recommend this hotel to our friend and famlies. Dennis & Colette Velarde

The hotel is really nice, but for the price more should be included or have better amenities. Staff is great, restaurant ei8hty3 is really good, and rooms are spacious.

Expectations Met

Satisfied overall; would stay again due to comfort of bed & quietness of room, especially considering this is a renovated downtown bank. Staff friendly & engaging. Bathroom pristinely clean but not 5 stars because dust bunnies & someone's ponytail holder in area behind dresser-hasn't been vacuumed in months. Overly spacious room was a plus. Rooftop bar pleasant but an obstacle course with bunched rugs and an orange cone over something. Huge fall hazard as I and my companion both tripped. View is great. Valet parking a plus but checking in was a challenge as nowhere to park in front. Had to circle block a few times until someone moved. On the positive, decor very attractive & all staff members very cordial.

Great spot!

Best location of any hotel in Memphis, with the best river view. The rooftop is not huge, but 83 is a nice little tapas bar (would not do this again for an anniversary, however, it is a bit small and casual). Try the deep chicken fried bacon. Beautiful boutique rooms with wonderful service.

Excellent Hotel in Downtown Memphis

This hotel was fantastic. It was close enough for us to walk to everything we needed. The room was really great. It had a nice couch and sitting area that was perfect for breakfast, and a stand alone shower and bath tub. Everyone on the staff was incredibly nice to us and took care of everything we needed. The upstairs bar is great; I recommend going there even if you aren't staying at the hotel. The sunset over the river was gorgeous. The only complaint I have about our stay is that the bed was very firm. It bothered my back but some people may prefer a firm mattress.
