Great escape for soccer players, scholars, and business travelers
This centrally located inn on the Primacy Parkway offers convenient access to the Mike Rose Soccer Complex, University of Memphis, and several hospitals. Guests enjoy an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere, courteous and attentive staff, and amenities such as spacious rooms and a complimentary breakfast. Pets are welcome.

Clean and comfortable
We were in Memphis for a week to buy a house, and the hotel served as a good base. We spent a lot of time looking around the city, looking at houses, and meeting with the realtor. The hotel is close to major highways, and has several dining options nearby, as well as shopping. Our room was clean, and we had no trouble with any of the amenities on the property. The continental breakfast was nothing special, but served its purpose. All in all, this hotel was a good deal for its value.

I had an overflow of guests for a family funeral, so I booked them into La Quinta where they enjoyed the roomy comfort and an excellent breakfast and a place to relax. Maybe next time I'll take the room and let them have the houseful of guests!

what was expected
the price was right. this was what I expected from a La Quinta Inn. I was not disapointed nor inpressed it was clean and in a great location for what i needed. They di alow pets and the room next to me had a loud dog one of the nights

Room not clean
We checked in to a room with double beds but it had not been cleaned. We were then upgraded to a king room but there was mold in the bath tub.

Great room with loud neighbors.
The room was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. First impression was that this hotel was a 5 across the board based on the price. That was before we heard the neighbors. We could hear everything the next door neighbor was doing ( in the room with the adjoining door). I mean everything. It was as if their TV was in our room. If they would just close off the gap under the door it seems that alone would help substantially. Take care of that and this may be a solid value 5.

First room had a bad vibration, second room they moved us to air did not work because of the hotel is on an energy saving plan where guests can't use the heat and air. The place is dirty and I would give it one star at best!

Very helpful staff
Arrived early and was allowed to check into the room right away with no additional fees. Very nice change from most hotels that I've stayed in. Breakfast was good; nice selection of fruits, yogurts and various items. Close to interstate and convenient to all areas of town. The only glitch was the room door handle was hard to open.
