Inn at Thousand Oaks

I had A V-Good time at the hotel .10 min to airport .the food was hot and good .

I have stayed in hotels at this price point that were so much less impressive! The staff was AMAZING! So friendly and happy to help. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times front desk staff was friendly and called my room within minutes to make sure everything was ok. The furnishings of the room were above average, though nothing exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning far surpassed anything I have experienced from hotels in this price range. The experience was wonderful and from now on I will definitely be staying with Hampton Inn while traveling!

Location was easy to access. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, quiet environment. Very pleasant stay.

Lasting impression of this hotel is the great sense of customer service. It's an older hotel, in a part of town that has been hit hard by the economy, but the customer service is what will bring me back again! From check in, to check out each member of the staff took great care in our needs. Breakfast was above average, front desk agents gave us a list of places to eat, and directions how to get there. Great Job!! We'll be back!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway for easy travel about the city. Conveniently located near some fast food establishments. Our only turnoff was the horrible smell which greeted us as we walked through the front door of the hotel. I'm hoping this was just single occurrance for them otherwise, I'm not likely to stay here again. Would really like to know if anyone else experienced the same.

Picked hotel due to distance to hotel and had early flight. Worked out well and would use again for same reason. Have never had a bad experience at a Hampton

The room was clean and nice. The cleaning people were nice to us and always friendly. We traveled to Graceland for a visit, it was 16 mins away from hotel. We also visited Beale Street, which was fun, it was 20 mins away. The neighborhood the hotel was located it was scary, but the hotel had security and a fence and lots of cameras, so our cars were safe. Our room was on the 5th floor so it was prety quiet, except one night and that was only for a 30 minutes. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions about restaurants and gave discount coupons for local attractions. They even called the room to make sure everything was to our liking and to check to make sure our laptop hook-up was functioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the coffee urns were set up 24/7. We were busy all day taking in the sites and were at the hotel for breakfast, showers, and sleep. Nice and quiet location.

Very disappointed that requested a non smoking room and I recieved a smoking room. Had I know that was all avaiable I would have selected a different location.

Our stay was a very great experience, hotel was right off of the highway, we go to our attractions in less then 20 minutes. Everything was great, breakfast was excellent!
