Hyatt Place Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria

only complaint was bad odor and front and rear of hotel.Do not know what it was.Other than that hotel was ok.

I stayed for business that required me to work at night and sleep during the day. My room was quiet enough to sleep. Did not get to use many of the ammenities, however the breakfast was always excellent. My stay was for muliple days so having a couch to relax on was a bonus as was the large screen TV. Staff provided extra towels and toiltries as needed. They have a "Bar" but the desk clerk is the bartender and they have very limited knowlage and selection. They have no snack machines and what they offer from their "Deli" is limited and mostly rich desesrts. Ice is only on certain floors.

Not even close to the downtown area (Beale Street, Peabody, etc), located in Germantown of Memphis Hyatt? Very surprised at the room conditions: humid throughout the room, worn doors and furniture, dirty bathroom shower head was rusty While the staff was very nice, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone; unless you want to shop at the Wolfchase Galleria across the street or passing through for 1-3 days.

We had a wonderful stay. Huge room, great service, good location for mall and great resturants. We will stay again.

Very clean and nice hotel. Second time for us to stay there and will do so again. The only thing it could improve on is a little more on the continental breakfast. Just yogurt, cereal, toast, fruit, coffee and juices. Can get waffle or eggs and bacon at an additional cost.

The whole family was very happy with the quality of the room. We had 2 double beds, a fold out couch and a big screen TV. We had enough space for all of us and we even played cards without feeling cramped. Everything was great!

The hotel was great, Check-In was fast and self-serve as well as checkout. Nice location to be because it's close to everything. Clean room, comfortable, huge t.v.

We had a great experience at this hotel the room was very clean and had everything we needed the staff was super sweet. The only down side was if u were comin in from 40 u have to make a u turn to get to the hotel and then as u pull into the hotel there is a pot hole in the center of the driveway but all n all it was great!

Hotel needs to invest in some upkeep. For instance, the elevator button on our floor was damaged and one of our rooms had a hole in the wall. The dining options at the hotel at night were dreadful. In fact, we ordered something for dinner, waited for over an hour in the lobby and were finally told the kitchen had been closed. We were also told we had to call our bank to ensure the hotel had not already charged this dinner to our bill.
