Homestead Memphis - Airport

as you walk in the room you are hit with a musky odor that makes you nauseous. the shower head was covered in a pink mold and the bathroom tiles in the shower were mildewed. the walls were stained up and needed to be painted but that was not the worst. the worst was, not the trash can overflowing with trash but the HUGE cockroach next to the trash can, i called the front desk to send someone to come take care of it, she sends the security guard with a trash bag. this was not the only incident of roaches. the staff were rude, there was never enough food out for the breakfast, the towels were stained, and the smell in the hallway was revolting. there was not gym nor was there a pool.

First this facility has changed names and is not Extended Stays, From the outside it looked to be nice, Right in a corprate park, However the inside was very shabby, When you walked down the halls and into your room you just have that not so clean feeling about this place. Everything was old and worn out. They offered free wifi and that did not work for the days that I was there. Mold in shower head. Towels we clean but old and worn out. I would never stay there again even if it were free.

The name of the hotel is different then on the site. The address was also wrong. Had 2 wait an extra 40 min before the room was ready. After waiting that long, one of the beds didnt have a sheet.

I loved the room, next time I will bring food to cook, that would have been great as there was no stores or anything and the vending was poor, I will look for your places again when I travel which is often

only after I arrived at the airport did I find out that there was no "Free Shuttle Service" as advertised, had to pay for a cab both ways. After arriving at the hotel, found the patrons extremely noisy (kids running down the halls in the middle of the night, engines idling outside with no muffler), bedsheets were polyester, air conditioning didn't work. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

This place was great from the full kitchen to the answering system on the telephone. Great price too! Friendly and helpful staff.

smells funny, very run down, there is never anyone at the front desk. if you really need a place to stay and your out of choices this is the place for you
