We were greeted with big smiles and friendly staff. When we left, they gave us the same warm smiles. They were always asking if we needed any help and gave us great information. Great location for easy access to Beale St. and many great restaurants.

Short Christmas vacation road trip.

Ordered a king one bed room. Got a two bed queen. Parts of the room #855 were broken shower and towel hooks. Right next to ice machine and it sounded like someone was vacuuming all night right outside the door. Bell Boy did not help.Told me to make sure I put the cart outside the room next to elevator. No refrigerator or microwave Anyway, very expensive for what we got. It is close to Beale Street.

fun musical getaway

We arrived early since we wanted to beat the storm that was coming our way and the staff worked hard to get our room ready for us. the location was perfect for us. we were going to a concert at the fed ex center and wanted to visit beale street and both were just a few short blocks away. also rendezvous was right down the alley! perfect. the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. my only complaint was no refrigerator. other than that perfect.

Music Getaway

After staying in Nashville for a few days we headed over to Memphis for some more great American music. We arrived early at the hotel since the weather was going to get bad later that day. The staff was more than accommodating and hurried to get a room ready for us. The location of the hotel was perfect! We were right next door to Rendevouz (our favorite restaurant in Memphis), and also many other fine eating establishments. We were a few blocks from Beale Street and the FedEx Forum. We were able to walk to both locations. The room itself was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable which was great considering the night before was terrible in Nashville. My only complaint about the room was no refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. If we make it back to Memphis we would definitely stay there again.

Convenience

Great location right in the heart of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient on site parking which is a little pricy. Self park round the corner for a third of the price. Right next to a great rib joint.

Moderate, comfortable, & clean experience

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Many, many pillows. Had a cooling system that was a little more quiet compared to that of other hotels. As far as eco-friendliness is concerned, there seemed to be no recycling in the building, cleaning staff often replace your soap after one use only, and always leave lights on afterwards. I liked the outdoor pool which has form of roof-/courtyard feel. Lounge area is somewhat cramped, but has a bar right there with some good french fries. As far as pricing is concerned, it seems to me that the hotel cost per night should have been 30% less.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

The hotel is very close to the most popular tourist attractions. It also lies directly opposite to the Peabody Hotel, which has a roof party with life music on Thursdays evenings (free) and some other nice interiors that are accessible to the public.

Good location, but no breakfast, frig or free coffe

The hotel was in the right place, was very comfortable, and the staff was delightful. However, there was not even free coffee in the lobby in the morning! And there should be a mini refrigerator in the room and there isn't. It seems these days the more you spend the less you get....the Comfort Inn in Nashville had coffee 24 hours and a free breakfast and was $50 a night cheaper.

Great location

We stayed there with my family. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was closed for the season so we didn't tried it The only thing was the ice maker and the vending machine which were a bit loud a night, so we had to switch the room because of that Other than that the Hotel was a good value for the money
