Hilton Memphis

I arrived at 5 PM to check in when I was told my room wasn't ready and have no clue when it would be ready. The staff had lost all patience for customers complaining about there rooms not being ready two hours after check in. No one could explain why except they are running behind. Just sad that a business could run like this. The pool was small and extremely dirty no amount of chlorine could make me swim in it. Very few chairs and no towels thankfully we brought are own so we got to lay on the concrete. Its 11 miles to downtown, and nothing special in the area. No shuttle to downtown and a $40 cab ride. I would never stay here again. Either spend the extra money to stay downtown or go to the Mariott or Sheraton across the street.

The Hilton Memphis is a very nice hotel. Although, It wasn't what my wife and I had expected. It was very clean but needs to be renovated. It is extremely outdated to be a Hilton. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service at this hotel. I spent at least 5 times the money I usually do on tips because the service was phenomenal! I will definitely stay here when I travel to Memphis in the future. The room I had on the 23rd floor had been newly renovated. Very modern and nice...clean, as well. I stayed at the Madison last visit, and no one was very nice and welcoming like at this Hilton. I will be back!!

We love staying here, clean,good locaton and friendly staff. We will be back soon.

The hotel staff was great they had exceptional cust service. The location of the hotel is close to dining, shopping and the hwy. The hotel looked very nice inside and out. The only draw back was our room itself. The bed skirt had some stain on it that looked like vomit and our bathroom wall had some sort of damage that seemed to be cover with wallpaper. The wallpaper in the bathroom caved in making the wall look strange.

Staff was courteous. Some of the younger guests were in and out of their rooms till all hours of the night. Called front-desk to resolve, called security, tried to ask them to please keep it down. Checked with front-desk the next morning and basically nothing was done to help. Will NOT be staying there gain!!!

Lovely hotel with beautiful appointments, both rooms and public places: restaurants, bar, meeting facilities. Staff offered services with smiles and effcdiency. Germantown area of Memphis is lovely. Convenient free shuttle service to the airport!. I would recommendd this hotel to a friend,

The Hilton was a really nice hotel, beautifully decorated common areas and a super helpful staff. our room was very nice but a little tired in some spots that could have used some attention. We had a great time in Memphis and it was nice to end the day but going back to a comfortable hotel.

Very clean room, nice staff. Enjoyed stay. Only complaint is beds were smaller than I expected. They were full and I thought they were queen, but they were very comfy.

Great location. Staff was friendly and the room itself was quite clean, however the coffee pot in the room was not clean. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I also stayed in other hotels in the area, but I had better experience in Hilton.
