Good place to stay in Memphis

Beds were super comfortable and rooms pretty comfortable, though the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. I'd definitely recommend it, but you'll need to take the hotel shuttle or a $10 cab to Beale Street. I'd stay here again.

Fun time in Memphis

The hotel was great, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. Very accommodating , would recommend it. The location is a short walk to the trolley and you have to cross a main road to get there, but not a lot of traffic so it was doable. Quiet location, nice pool. .

Only Average Hotel

We spent 3 days in Memphis for a short vacation - never been to Memphis before. The hotel had comfortable beds, nice thick towels. The bath was small. The room average. The internet connection extremely poor or not at all and when it was working was painfully slow. The hotel bar/restaurant was below average. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The location only fair. It was close to a trolley stop, but the trolleys broke down and only ran half the time we were there. The hotel was not close enough to comfortably walk places.

Crown Plaza , Memphis--late January

Toilet was borderline acceptable due to long time to be ready for next flush. Heating fan/air was loud . No mini-fridge or micro wave. would never recommend this hotel, even though staff was great.

Staff was amazing

This hotel was not a five star luxury experience. But was very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Tangela Flemming recommended a perfect itinerary for the weekend getaway complete with amazing dining (Blue Plate Cafe, Ms Pollys and Flight) She also make sure we added some entertainment to our stay and encouraged us to go to Memphis sound for Karaoke. We felt like we had our own personal travel agent with her spot on recommendations. The entire staff were amazing, warm and friendly. They wanted to make sure two big-city ladies had a good ole time in the south. Reginald and Mr Taylor were lifesavers. (The hotel also provided complementary shuttle service.) Whenever we called- he was a few minutes away and rescued us from the cold. The civil rights museum and slave havens are must sees. Temara was very good as the server. Kenneth was the type of bartender you'd find at cheers. all staff were amazing,.

Great for business

Very convenient for business travel. Although I don't think I would stay for personal. It was reasonably priced.
