Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Airport

The comfort and quality always expected and experienced at a Courtyard

Rotten fruit, no body cream or shower cap, no help with info, grumpy staff, not helpful or attentive. Breakfast awful, slow, service rude. I asked for a cab twice, and the front desk people never called for it. We had to sit and wait for more than a half an hour before the cab arrived for us after the person at the front desk called twice, total disaster.

Skip this Courtyard! The property is older and I did not feel like the sheets were clean! the use Paul Mitchell Products

do to the amount of people expressing the issues with motels i went in and checked the beds, there were hairs stuck to the sheets, on both beds. they changed rooms but ended up with smaller beds. very uncomfortable to sleep in for myself. i felt there cld have been a Little more done then just to change rooms. could not hook to wi fi. there was no continental breakfast:( the employees At the Bistro restaurant didnt know what they were doing and the prices were outrageous!!! just disappointing in the motel.

Staff was very professional and freindly, hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had all the items we needed. All in all, a very good stay, and made the trip enjoyable.

Was close to the airport and where I wanted to go.

Great hotel. My boyfriend and I booked it for the Beale Street Musi Festival it was easy to find and the staff was enjoyable. Gated parking was provided. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable as with any Mariott I've ever stayed at. Great trip! I'd definately book again.

the staff starting with check-in, were very accomodating, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff above and beyond! location of the Hotel was very easy to get to and from....the rooms were attractive..LOVED THE SHAMPOO and the shower water pressure was perfect.....a nice stay

airline troubles. had to stay overnight. Close, clean, very friendly and accomodating staff. Nice breakfast buffet ($10/person). Airport shuttle clean and on time.

The place was very pleasant, clean, quiet and comfy. I really liked the business/computer cafe with internet access...if you're a casual traveler that doesn't bring a laptop with you everywhere, you will still be able to check on email/flight arrangements/social networking sites/etc. The coffee bar was more than sufficient. I was MOST IMPRESSED by how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was. Great room, Great TV, loved the gated parking area...over all, in my book A++ accommodations in the business/leisure mid-priced hotel market. You can pay exorbitant rates for luxury at other hotels like the Peabody or the Waldorf Astoria, but for an elegant room at a reasonable price...it doesn't get much better. I'm not a fitness freak but if I were, I might like more. I did not visit the pool so I cannot rate that.
