Not A Pleasant Stay
Hotel had significant transient customers, as jg it was an extended stay facility. Not clean. Carpet in hallwaysand room fjlthy. Temperature control on room air conditioner didn't work. Airport shuttle was filthy and had a foul odor-driver could have taken a shower and put on fresh, clean clothes.

Good value
Liked everything. Someone inside the hotel tried to get credit card number by saying they were calling from front desk and had computor problem and needed to verify card number. did not give them number. Reported to front desk and they did not seem concerned that this qwasa happening.

very pleased at comfort suites
this place is awsome! my family and I stayed this past winter. we were so pleased with our stay. the hotel staff was amazing. my kids were so stoked about the indoor pool! and there was free wifi. that kept the kids busy on their ipods. there is also a free breakfast. this hotel will be visited again by the Reed family. all smiles ;)

Pretty Ordinary/ Somewhat expected
The experience was overall expected. It was comfortable and there was plenty of room inside the room. But the bathroom door didn't close properly and kept getting stuck and you could tell that someone smoked in the room, there was a burn mark on the curtains and the bedspread. Also the floor was a little bit dirty and could use some better vacuuming. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. As well as helpful to find the sites and give advice on the local places. The pool and hot tub could have used a good scrubbing, they were not as clean as they could have been. And the Sun Room could use some repaid, but it was minor in appearance. Overall the experience was good and decent. It served it's purpose for what we were there for and I would stay there again or recommend for the price.

Tunica was pretty cool and it's only a 40 min drive.

Never again!! EVER!!
This place was disgusting and awful!! No one cared about anything. Very Dirty and would of like to have left if we could of gotten a refund. I will be contacting someone important about this place and it doesn't deserve a one star but they made me put it in.

Wonderful hotel with Great Prices
We had great time. Hotel staff were very nice. we enjoyed full hot Breakfast. great price for the hotel. I will be back. Thanks for everything.

This was the best place to stay. We were traveling down to Alabama and back and needed to be near the Airport. This location was perfect and the Suite was super. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and we loved this one.

better than expected
checked in and our rooms were huge...nice lounge area with tv and pull out couch with fridge and microwave..we could have easily made due with 2 rooms instead of 3 for our group of 6..pool and hot tub were great but workout room treadmills were falling apart..would stay there again for sure
