It's Okay
Neighborhood was fine, the breakfast in the morning was barely cooked, and was stale. Rooms was not clean. The flat sheet had blood stains on it, and the chair looked like it came out of a dumpster

Nice location off the hwy. So decent 15 minute commutes either way for community hot spots.Spacious layout, nice bed, and the tv, wifi and fridge severed well. Only major gripe were the vending machines,either takes your money or out of stock for every major product. Wish there were 2 elevators on both ends but only 1 that happened to be on the opposite end of the hotel,kind of sucked with our room placement; that or walking up 4 flights. But good hotel, worth a stay.

The floor wasn't clean- snack food remained from previous guests. We were short a towel each day of our stay. Internet was advertised, we couldn't ever get it. We had to use the neighboring hotel's internet. The staff at the main desk wasn't helpful and could barely speak English. There were only 3 tables in the kitchenette- not enough room for guests. They were out of much of the breakfast food. The wall outlet was pulled out of the wall making it hard to plug in. The beds were hard, pillows lumpy. We were short more towels/washcloths the 2nd day of our stay. It was a run down, out-of-date decor. The Ad and pictures provided during booking were not indicative of what was actually present. Overall a disappointing stay for the money.

BBKing's restuarant on Beale street. Viewing the ducks marchng into Peabody Hotel at 11:00 AM and leaving again at 5:00 pm. Take the elevator to the top floor and watch them get on and off the elevator- no one was up there watching.

Cheap, gross, dirty
Its true, you get what you pay for. This room is dirty and smells smoky. I asked for non-smoking and I'm pretty sure this is a smoking room. There was someone's used gum sitting on the nightstand next to the bed. Website advertised flat screen TVs and I'm 90% sure this TV is from the Good Will down the road. Front desk clerk was impersonable and acted like I was disturbing his day. I'm disappointed and if it wasn't so late I'd be moving to a different hotel. Gross.

Off to Graceland
Surprise 50th bd gift to Graceland.
Great Hotel! Excellent price and location. Rooms were clean and staff was welcoming. A small, cozy nook to enjoy a hot, full breakfast. A+

Great Value!!
The room was large and clean. The staff was great. Would absolutely stay there agian. Several great places to eat nearby. Only 11miles from Beale St.

Bed Comfortable, large room
The Area is not the niceset, but for North Memphis it is ok. No resturaunts nearby. You have a very small pool, but breakfast was hot and good.
