It was good hotel and a very nice room but it was very far from beale street. It took almost 30 mins.so next time i will stay a little closer

Not sure what is not take
Quick weekend trip
Staff was very friendly and personable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was close to Galleria and downtown. Easily accessible, plenty of restaurants nearby. I would use this hotel again.

Highly Recommended
Nice hotel at a nice price. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean. Location was good. About 15-20 minutes downtown, but traffic was not a problem. A little more "street noise" than we would have liked was the only downside.

Just OK
There was no hot water for showers on the first morning. One of the rooms smelled strongly of mold/must. The front desk person who checked us in was less than friendly. It was a place to sleep, but not much more.

Romantic getaway
We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Whirlpool, made it very exicting and extremely romantic. All nice and felt very secured.

four night trip
This was a safe area in which to stay as we were able to walk to nearby reataurants for our evening meal. We were sleeping on the quieter side of the hotel and were not disturbed by the traffic. We used the hotel as a base to visit sights in and around Memphis and Arkansas. The beds were comfortable and the room was well cleaned.

TNT travelers
Okay for Overnight Stay
We were looking for a romantic get a way and found a great place for a quick overnight stay. The staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The room was very clean but the traffic noise was extremely loud. I was disappointed when we asked to upgrade to a whirlpool room-more than willing to pay for it-and was told not possible because we had booked thru cheap tickets. No pool or sauna was also disappointing. I definitely learned my lesson and will look much closer to the details rather than the oh it looks nice and is only a little bit more than the others. I felt the reviews I looked at were not accurate.
