A great stay
I was concerned about a late check-in (0100) but there was no problem. The room was clean and well maintained during my stay. I wasn't there all that much, but it was quiet, clean, and very close to the major road network in Memphis. All in all, a great trip.

This hotel is about 2 blocks away from I 240/40, the main route through and around Memphis, and that made it very easy to reach the places I needed to go.

I requested a refund from the front desk purchased for three knights only stayed one got so many bites on me it was horrible

Me for angry birds
It's very economical but I wouldn't stay again.
The bed was too hard and felt like sleeping on the floor. I kept telling myself that this would be just for getting some sleep but after 4 nights stay, I wouldn't come back. But I couldn't complain for the value though.

Nice place to stay.
We were only in the hotel for a few hours until we hit Beale Street. It took us may be 20 minutes to get to Beale Street. Maybe that is because we were using the gps system. This hotel was not that bad of a place to stay. Although they had a pool, it wasn't open to customers yet. Which was a shame, but that is OK. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a good place to stay at a decent price.

You get what you pay for!!!
I was having some work done to my house. Needed 2 rooms to accomodate us. It was worth $39.00. Older rooms. No coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave...Not upscale. The parking lot was crowded. THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR. Sheets were uncomfortable and apparently to small for bed. As another user said.."I would be cautious of walking on the carpet bare foot." It is right across the street from a 24 hour McDonalds, next door to a Perkins, and across from gas station/ convienient stores. If you want perfection....This is not for you. But if you are like me and can do it for a night then make the best of if cause it is a steal.[...]

I highly do not recommend this hotel.
First off the free breakfast only means free coffee and that is it, do not fall for that description. When I checked in they did not have us in the correct room that I had ordered. When we went into the correct room we could not get in because the key was not working, when I went back dowstairs the manager came back up with me with a master key. He literaly had to shove the door open. When looking at the room it was disgusting (don't let the pictures fool you, my husband didn't even want to take a shower in the hotel. In one of the corners of the room it looked as if several people had decided to use it as a bathroom. Please do not waste your money on this hotel.
